It is a 15 minute walk from the Steamship Authority in Vineyard Haven! If you walk to VH, or are traveling without a car, you may take the # 10 free, park and ride bus. *Just before our street, you must ask the bus driver to stop. The bus runs every 15-20 minutes and stops at the bus rotary, at the Steamship Authority.

There is only one ferry service that transports vehicles and RVs to and from Martha’s Vineyard. The Steamship Authority is the ferry service that operates year-round, and transports cars, motorcycles and trucks.

🚌The VTA bus system on MV is free. Check VTA for schedule and bus tracker. 🍃Lovely, newly renovated, ranch style summer home on hilltop, near the heart of Vineyard Haven. Thoughtfully decorated 920 square foot, with 3 available bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Outdoor shower with dressing area is a nice addition. Spacious backyard offering quiet summer nights, that can be enjoyed on the blue stone patio, with a fire pit for roasting and toasting. This charming home is close to everything - town, shops & restaurants, bike rental, playground, sports fields, and some amazing beaches. Truly an island paradise! Young families are welcome.

Basic Internet streaming with Smart TV apps like Netflix, Prime Video and blue tooth sound bar to connect to your phone’s music apps. No cable.

*For Security: Please note: outdoor ring video doorbell at the front and back door. There is a camera at the right and left side of the house.

Outdoor shower with dressing area is at the back of the house.

Air conditioner in main room and one in each bedroom. All rooms have ceiling fans.

There is plenty of parking space for one car. Our vehicle may be parked to the side in the driveway. If there will be two vehicles, we may be able to accommodate. Please let us know in advance.

Extensive disinfecting precautions taken.

"Guest Policy: The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 registered guests. Only individuals included in the reservation are permitted on the property at any time. Additional visitors, whether overnight or day guests, are not permitted without prior approval. Violation of this policy may result in additional fees or early termination of the stay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests and maintaining the tranquility of our property and neighborhood."
With permission, the fee is $75 per person per night.
“TENANT agrees to hold LANDLORD harmless of any injuries or claims caused by or contributed to by accidents, allergic reactions, or any other casualties or health problems, including viruses, which may arise during tenancy or as a result of said tenancy. Safety precautions undertaken by LANDLORD are not foolproof, and TENANT shall hold LANDLORD harmless from all claims to person or property arising out of the use and occupancy of the premises.”
