I’ve been coming to OBX for 35 years and this was my first condo experience…. It did not disappoint. That balcony was pure heaven. Ample seating, and amazing views. My morning coffee was divine out there. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. My daughter enjoyed both beds in the other room. We also enjoyed both pools, they were perfect for our six year old. Only issue we had was the bath towels were still wet in the dryer when we arrived and no one ever answered about an early check in when I texted. Otherwise, everything was great and I would def stay again. Thank you!!

Everything about this trip was easy peasy! The property felt safe and easy to park. The condo was very well kept, clean, and super comfortable. The view and beach access couldn’t be better! The hosts were communicative and welcoming. We are already looking to book our next trip!

Great ocean views, updated unit in older complex. Clean and nicely decorated! The host was very thorough when communicating. Also checked in with us to make sure things were going well.

Great room, great location, excellent view of the beach and the condo was well appointed with amenities. All we needed. Check in was easy, room was clean and Internet service was easy to use.

We loved our stay! The condo is clean and the fireplace added ambience to one of our chilliest days. We, unfortunately, locked outselves out and Amy was so quick to respond and get us back in the warmth quickly! We can't wait to return!

This beachfront condo was incredible! Hard to beat this location sitting right on the beach with breathtaking, unobstructed views of the ocean & Jennette's Pier. Located up two flights of stairs (we didn't utilize the elevator), it gave an incredible vantage point. The durable poly lumber furniture on the balcony was barstool height, giving a perfect view of the ocean without having to look through the balcony rails while sitting. It was the perfect spot to sit, watch the waves, feel the fresh ocean breeze, and completely relax. The condo itself was spotlessly clean, including the nice, updated bathrooms. Having an in-unit washer/dryer was a massive convenience. The beds were comfy and we slept well. The living room had a comfortable couch to relax and chat. We didn't use the TV or Wi-Fi. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender. The refrigerator was spotless when we arrived.The building offers private beach access via a sand path over the dune (no stairs or boardwalk). Walking through the deep sand over the dune was doable (not easy) but completely worth it once you made to the water! Communication was seamless. We missed the message stating the lock had been updated to keyless entry. The caretaker replied with our access code in less than a minute. Both host and caretaker were easy to reach, responsive and helpful. Had a wonderful, relaxing time. Would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend.

First Light: PierView Oceanfront Condo is a perfect beachfront getaway, especially if you’re looking for direct access to the ocean. The walkout access to the beach is a huge plus, and the balcony connected to the bedroom makes for a beautiful, relaxing experience — you can even catch a stunning sunrise right from your room. The property itself was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, including a full kitchen, refrigerator, and washer, making it ideal for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which added to the convenience. The only minor drawback was that the overall condition and maintenance of the building felt a bit below expectations, possibly because we visited just before the start of the season.

It was our honeymoon and we couldnt have asked for a better place for us to stay. It was clean and the managers gave us information on what to do and where to eat. It was magical
