Beautiful views are enjoyed from this comfy two bedroom unit, located in the heart of Narooma.

Highlights include:
- Single garage with roller door - not lockable
- Beautiful northerly aspect with wonderful inlet views
- Overlooking the main wharf where you can board a fishing charter, whale watching tour, or do some fishing!
- Walking distance to shops, pubs, clubs, local cinema, parks and more!
- Stairs used to access the unit & no lift is available

Linen is provided for all beds however they will be unmade.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking and obtaining access to the property was all quick and convenient. It was in a great location for our visit, close to where we were dining to celebrate a milestone in the family. The cost was reasonable. The property however is in much need of cheering up - it has a stale smell about it, its dark and the furniture and fittings need bringing into the 21st century, particularly for a coastal resort area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice 10 day stay in Feb for the 2 of us. Great balcony views over the Narooma wharf and channel. It was roomy enough for us. Easy walk (but uphill) to and around the town. Hotel, pub next door and behind could be a bit noisy. Washing machine and dryer very handy. Generally clean although the entry door frame is very dirty. The windows to the balcony were also a bit dirty, which spoils the views, so I had to wash them down. The shower screen is damaged, so are the blinds of the main bedroom. The door knob of the main entry door is set too close to the door frame which makes it difficult to turn the knob.

This unit needs a facelift. It’s tired, runned down & unhygienic.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental has a magnificent view but the party ends there. The interior is sad & unacceptable for the price that’s being asked. My list of grievances is extensive...here goes...Kitchen benchtop - broken & unhygienic. Toilet brush was on it’s side on the floor behind the toilet. I put it in a plastic cup so we could use it...the brush, not the cup. One of the blankets - bloodstained.Lounge & cushions - grotty. Kitchen drawers - ghastly & top one was impossible to open. Utensils & plates - dirty. Crumbs & dirt lined every drawer & a daily ant infestation gave us plenty of work to do. Spraying & cleaning pesticide a daily ritual. Saucepans & the cupboard they’re in, filthy. Couldnt use them cause of the smell in the area. Some bulbs in overhead lights were missing. Windows & screens - putrid. Blinds didn’t work properly. Main bedroom one was broken. BBQ - rusty & filthy. We won’t be staying there again & the only reason why we didn’t lose our minds with all the interior issues is because of THAT view. We’ve holidayed in Narooma for 28 years, every January. We’ve stayed in plenty rentals & this by far is the worst. A shocker & I have heaps of pics to prove it.

Perfect position

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: amazing position right above the wharf with views to the open sea. This unit is dated but functional and met our needs. Only issue was windows in both bedrooms need replacing as they don't close properly and when it is windy it hisses and keeps you awake. Despite being in original condition we enjoyed our stay and will return. It would be brilliant if it was fully refurbished.

beautiful location.

The unit could do with some proper curtains in the bedrooms to block out the light from the pub that's on all night, and lamp shades on the lamps so you could choose not have that harsh lighting in living area.

Nice location

Very nicely located, with a playground right in front that our kids enjoyed a lot. Nice walks and cafes nearby. The place is cozy and more than enough for our family of four.

Great views location, facilities fine, cleaning was fine but period maintenence issues need to be attended to chair broken door didn't close properly front door frame dirty dusty, batts flat in tv and dvd remote, spare garbage bag would help

Magnificent view

Stayed for a week. Absolutely loved watching seals and sting rays from balcony. Even had a couple of rainbow lorikeets visit everyday. Very comfy unit.
