Fantastic view and balcony. Comfortable living area. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Garage was a bonus. Heating worked well. Bed comfy. Quiet except the person next door had the TV on all the time ( and we think was a permanent resident). Access is by a few stairs, but to get there there is a short but steep incline or decline ( depending on which way you come) and no grab rails. The kitchen has been updated but not the bathrooms. Mouse droppings under the kitchen sink. No instructions for tv or dvd player and we couldn’t work it out.

Misleading

Photos were very misleading. The whole apartment stunk like a dairy farm, and throughout the building very unwelcoming passive aggressive notes about what’s not allowed. No barbecues or smoking on the balconies? Seriously?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property a little tired and furniture could use a update but the views made up for it. Close to everything. French returant at Tilba is a must (Check days it's open). Don't worry about the pole out the front it's not a hindrance. Seals and wonderful birds in the bay just in front. We plan to go again next year.

Expansive views

We enjoyed staying in this unit. It was a lovely vista from the front rooms and veranda. Though the place could use a few updates - like lower water usage toilets and a smart tv. Also there was no sugar or other staples provided that would have made it perfect.

Lovely stay

Loved this property. Location is great, central to town with stunning views. There was a very small fan but a ceiling fan would be a good addition for warm nights.

What a spot

Such a lovely position. So close to cafès and a great Pub with amazing views. Well appointed with everything you could need. Love the two bedroom/two bathroom setup as we went as two couples. That was probably the main reason we chose this unit. Look forward to going there again. Had a great week there

Amazing Narooma

Room- We stayed at Saphire Waters looking over the amazing inlet. Size- Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids Clean- Yes Bathroom- Old but nice and clean with good hot water Shower- Great. Bed- Hard as a rock. Only thing bad I can say. Pillows- Great Other items- Great location. Great value. Last Word- Would I stay here again. Yes. I would. Just hope they get new beds.
