Perfect Country Get Away for the 2025 US Open in Oakmont

This four-bedroom home is located on a quiet dead-end street that is 6.9 miles from the historic Oakmont Country Club, and less than 1.0 away from the US Open transportation shuttles. Conveniently located 20 minutes northeast of Pittsburgh, this home is close to everything from shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, movie theaters, and of course, Starbucks all less than a mile away!

Being less than one mile away from Route 28, this home is perfect if you want to hit the links after the Open. Many great golf courses are a short distance away!

This four-bedroom home has two bedrooms and a full bath located on the first floor. The second floor offers a loft with a sleeper sofa, the primary suite has a king-sized bed, a walk-in shower, and double bowl sinks, and the extra large fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed futon and a sink. The lower level has a game room, a full bath, and a sofa, and futon that converts to a queen-sized bed.

Outside you can enjoy your morning coffee on a covered deck overlooking a private ten-acre wooded lot. There is a fire pit if you would like to relax by having a bonfire in the evenings after a day of watching the US Open.

High-speed wireless internet is provided. All the televisions are either a smart TV, or has a firestick so you can stream all your favorites: Hulu, ESPN, HBOMax, Disney, Nextflix.

Pittsburgh Brewing Company is located less than 2 miles from our property. You can enjoy a brewery tour, taste testing, and events. If you like to hike the Rachel Carson Hiking Trail is less that 300 yards from our front door.

Come enjoy the practice rounds at Oakmont or have fun exploring all that Western Pennsylvania has to offer. With a Monday, June 16th checkout, you don't have to worry about checking out on Sunday. Enjoy the finals without having to stress about leaving the property!

This is our primary residence. We have rented our home for the last two US Opens in Oakmont. It is a smoke-free home.
