This end unit offers extra windows which allows the natural light to brighten the condo. For your convenience, both the town and ski area shuttle stops are located right across the street.

Maximum Occupancy: This condo can sleep up to 5 people.

Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the loft has an additional queen and twin for all of your sleeping needs. Unit has 1 full bath, plus a vanity in the master.

Unit Amenities: Enjoy the comforts of a fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dinning area. After a day on the mountain or fishing at 1 of our many lakes, come back to the condo and relax on the sectional couch with a 50 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. The condo has 2 additional TV's with player, or enjoy the wireless internet and the personal audio docking station. On those cold evenings curl up by the wood burning fireplace to keep warm, or enjoy the Rec. Room for an afternoon of evening of family fun.

On site Amenities:The complex has picnic and BBQ areas during the summer months as well as tennis courts, pool, spa, sauna and laundry facilities for your convenience.

Bathroom operates and looks way out of date. I’m 5’10 and I had to crouch to get use of the shower head. Shower water pressure is weak. Could use a floor mate in the tub since it’s so small. The tech is not good. WiFi info on fridge and in booklet is completely wrong. Username does not show up after trying on three phones. Finally found the router and used the info on the bottom that eventually worked. Cable connection was dropping out when watching tv. Couch setup around television was not comfortable for anyone sitting closest to tv. Had to turn head to watch. Very annoying.

Adequate, but That's It

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was goodKitchen was well stocked; Kitchen and bathroom were clean. Carpeting is very old and stained. Throw rugs by the front door were frayed and should be replaced. I am not suggesting the entire unit should be updated, but minor improvements would go a long way. The sofa is very worn down to the point of almost sinking to the floor when you sit down. The blind cords were tangled and we were unable to pull them up or down easily. The management company was not always in the office during the hours advertised.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a good location but the beds are very uncomfortable. It’s like sleeping on a creaky board. Bring your own pillows because they give you tiny, flat uncomfortable ones. The TVs are ancient (I’m talking VCR in the front of them) but not that big of an issue. If you are a group of young snowboarders, it’s probably a non issue but a family or someone who wants a good night sleep would not enjoy the room. It’s also a pretty noisy complex. A little bit of renovation (even just some new mattresses and TVs) would Be great for the place.

Freezing.

Arrived after 5pm to a freezing condo. Thermostat in living room had no power. No working lighter for Lopi stove to at least get some heat going, and blower fan never turned on after starting a fire eventually. It was freezing.

Efficient place, nothing fancy

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This one bedroom has a nice sized loft, and very uncomfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. It's fine for a medium sized group, and typical of the mid to low-end condos in the area. Unfortunately we ran out of firewood on our last night. Don't expect much in the way of cooking materials, but again, the bare minimum is there and will get you by. No complaints, but don't overpay!

Perfect for a quick ski getaway

Typical no-frills rental condo in Mammoth. With three beds and a pull-out couch we slept four comfortably. Plenty of parking and nearby amenities.

Fantastic Condo in Mammoth!

Reviewer Comments: We were in Mammoth for 5 days (Monday thru Friday), during a blizzard. 10’ of snow dropped while we were there, and we could not have had a more cozy place to stay!This condo has plenty of room if you have a family, with 3 beds and a pull out sofa. There was parking right out front, and the place was fully equipped for our stay. You could walk to Vons for groceries, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The whole place was comfortable, there are three TVs so everyone can watch what they want, and there we’re tons of board games and DVDs to watch too.

Cozy condo

My daughter and I enjoyed this condo for the long President's Day weekend. Clean kitchen with ample supplies for cooking. Super comfy couch with a nice sized TV. Lighting is not super bright but not a big issue. We would definitely stay here again!

With only two options “loved it”, or “not really”. I want to be most fair...

I would suggest not even boasting 1.25 bathrooms as the .25 was a small sink in bedroom. The Add was not real clear and even stated one bath and half bath. Respectfully, there truly is one bathroom only. When travelers are looking at bedrooms and bathrooms they’re looking for is there one or two toilets for convenience. This place had ONE toilet, period. You need an extra sink, use the kitchen. In the same breath ~ we learned from this, and didn’t at all hate where we stayed. It was a great location, we were comfortable and had no issues or problems to report. The only thing is I’d be more straightforward with the bathroom situation. So, we are somewhere in between loved it, and not really. We are an all or nothing reviewing family ~ We don’t feel comfortable leaving less than 5 Stars. It’s on the owner going forward if they’ll adjust their add to be succinct with bathroom availability truly being just one (1). Happy new year to all!! Thank you.

Nice option for a short stay at Mammoth

This property worked well for a three guy ski weekend. Comfortable living room and very functional kitchen, no complaints on quality of beds and convenient for skiing. The jacuzzi worked out awesome too.
