Mother's Day special -pets, pool and parking - 1 bedroom at the Village

Welcome to Fireside 112, a comfortable, ground-floor one-bedroom condo just steps from The Village at Mammoth. Shops, restaurants, festivals, outdoor concerts, and the transit hub are all right outside your door — no parking hassles required.

This bright, comfortable space sleeps up to four with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Unwind with the Samsung Frame TV (which doubles as artwork) in the living room and an additional smart TV in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the spacious deck with a gas grill is perfect for warm-weather dining and stargazing. Brand-new hardwood floors and high-speed wireless internet complete the space.

Towels and linens are provided. Parking for one vehicle is included in the underground garage, with additional vehicles accommodated on a space-available basis.

The Fireside complex is small and quiet, and offers a wonderful indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub with views of the Sherwin Mountains — the ideal way to relax after a day of adventure. Please note: the Village gondola does not run during the summer season.

This is a non-smoking condo; smoking is permitted outside only. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with a pet fee, but are generally not allowed during holiday periods.

The description shown in this listing is for Fireside 112. We also offer another one-bedroom condo and a larger unit at Fireside, plus a spacious condo near The Village.

This was the perfect place for my daughter and I to stay for our ski weekend. The location is perfect … steps from The Gondola, mountain rentals, and the village. The online description and pictures are very accurate. My first impression of the decor was ‘rustic, but the kitchen is updated and well equipped and the condo had everything we needed. Check in and checkout were easy and the host was very responsive. The price is also reasonable compared to pther village properties. I highly recommend picking this property for your Mammoth stay.

Great place!

This place was perfect for a ski trip. It was very comfortable, had great amenities, and you can’t beat the location. It’s just steps from the village gondola and Mammoth Brewing and so convenient to walk around. We would definitely stay here again!

Incredibly convenient location

Steps away from the village gondola, this was a great location for a weekend get away! Well stocked and comfortable for a couple or small family. Will definitely keep this one on our favorites list for future trips.

Convenient & close to the gondola

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was exactly as advertised, fantastic location, clean, and plenty of firewood. The wood-burning fireplace was especially appreciated after a long day on the mountain.

Great stay

Location is outstanding if you want to be at the Village. Unit is very comfortable and was a great value. Had plenty of basic supplies (cooking supplies, sugar, ziplock bags, etc). I would definitely stay here again.

David, Thank you for bringing the shower curtain liner to our attention. Our cleaning team has now reinstalled a clean one. We tested both the dining room light and TV and found them working. We strive to get things right the first time, but sometimes we miss, and encourage you to reach out so we can make things right.

The place was clean but the carpet really needs replaced - it does not look clean. Garage parking is a plus. I liked the extra security of having door codes to enter the building and garage. Pets were permitted. Firewood was provided.

Covered parking, indoor hot tub, close to village

This place was great. It was very close to the village. Easy to get to. The indoor pool & spa were nice. One thing though, looks like the propane tank in the BBQ grill was out so I used the induction stove instead.

The location is great; the host was very responsive; the decor could use a refresh (hallways and entry are worn and chipped, there is no door separating the bathroom from the hallway (although the toilet has a door) so there was less privacy than we hoped for, bedroom is dark and some lights were hard to turn on.) However, the host was very nice and the price is better than the big lodge in town and for that, it was worth the less fancy room and building. Parking was great, very convenient and we would recommend! We come every year to Mammoth Trail Fest with a lot of friends.

Nice and Cozy Condo in a great location

The Wife, Myself and our dog stayed for 5 days. Enjoyed outdoor activities during the day and Enjoyed the local restaurants and bars that were very close and walkable. Condo was fully stocked and had everything thing we needed and more. Owners kept in touch to make sure everything was great during our stay. Had a great time and would definitely rent from them again.

We chose Fireside at the Village because the complex was right at the Village, close for the gondola, shops and events, but still quiet. We love the fact that there are only 30 units at Fireside and that the units are large and bright, unlike so many others in Mammoth. Our kids love the indoor pool, and we love being able to supervise them while enjoying a beverage in the hot tub while looking out over the Sherwin mountains!
