This cedar sided split level lake home has two bedrooms and one full bath on the main level and two additional bedrooms with a second full bath on the lower level. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open to each other, and feature a full lake view through the double sliding patio doors allowing easy access to the outdoor patio deck.

The lower level offers a rec room at the base of the steps with additional seating, television and sofa sleeper. There's a full size bathroom with shower stall, washer & dryer and utility sink.

This space boasts a large 3 season sun room with convenient walkout to the water. It's a beautiful semi private space for reading, puzzle building or games. Medium size fridge has been added for easy drink access lakeside! 4 blankets provided for cozy campfires too!

If you need to sleep a few more than this home offers, there is a 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin called Bear's Den, that sits a few feet in back and off to the side of this main house. Bear's Den offers a queen and two full beds to accommodate another 4-6 people!

Both places have their own private dock and their own private firepit. There is a small boathouse down near the water perfect for storage of the fishing equipment! There's also a rowboat, paddle boat, canoe and two kayaks to assist you in thoroughly enjoying Big St. Germain Lake.

The property is adjacent to Leisure Lodge Resort. Guests of both places have complete access to all resort amenities like the boat launch ramp, the fish cleaning house, sand pit volleyball lakeside, beautiful sandy beach and gorgeous sand bottom swimming. Pontoon boat rentals are available nearby along with boat motors and stand up paddleboards!

Bear's Den is open all winter long, with easy access to the snowmobile trail system in both directions at the end of the driveway. If snowshoeing or cross country skiing is more your style, the Awassa Nature Preserve & Hiking Trail is just a hop, skip and a jump from Bear's Den!
