The properties location was absolutely amazing, the house was fantastic for a couple of families,it had everything we needed. The bins were overflowing with rubbish on arrival,& the downstairs " activities room"was messy with things strewn on the floor,i asked for a half hour early check in,which i didnt get,as they said previous guests might not have left, yet we were in the area an hour & a half previous,& no one was there, cant understand why the early check in would have been an issue.I would stay at this property if these issues were rectified.

Seven Mile Heavenly

Wonderful location. Wonderful home. Even the wild weather was spectacular. Unexpected issues: 1. The dishwasher and microwave had not been cleaned for a long time and we had to do this. This should be done after every renter. 2. Insufficient bin liners. 3. A vase of dead flowers was on the table when we arrived. 4. There was insufficient toilet paper for our stay. 5. The TV in the lower lounge area should be set up with free to air channels.

Could have been perfect!

Overall the Property is fantastic and we had a good trip - 3 families with mixed aged kids for 5 days in the holidays. Location amazing. Unfortunately we did have issues really relating to the check-in process that soured the first 24 hours of what was a fairly short trip. Due to Covid we were asked to check-in at 4pm (website had said 10am, and then other docs 3pm which could be sorted) - there were a couple of major issues...Main Heater wasn't working and none of the linen had been provided. Whilst within 24 hours we did get these sorted, it was a fairly painful process and we found the property management agency hard to contact (every time we had to ring we had to go through the whole landline and on hold thing....) so the remediation could have been dealt with a lot more efficiently. We were surprised that the property management agency don't check things like linen and heating etc working before guests check-in.

Hi Scott, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. HRS are pleased to hear that the unit was spacious and clean. Regarding the linen, it is clearly outlined on the booking page that this property is a BYO linen property, You can book the linen service which covers the laundering of the linen and the house keepers to make up the beds for you. We do have a 24 hour helpline available too. We're sorry to hear that the heater was not working and glad to hear that despite these minor issues you enjoyed your holiday. We’d love to have you stay with us again. Please keep HRS in mind when booking your next holiday.

Hi Susan, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Holiday Rental Specialists are pleased you enjoyed the location of Seven Mile Heaven - we agree it is ideal, especially being so close to the beach. Check in is 3pm to allow our housekeepers enough time to turn the property around for your arrival, should there be a back2back booking which means guests departing at 11am on the day of your arrival. Fabulous place, cracking location

I was with a group of old friends with a couple of little kids and we had a wonderful time. The house had was comfortable and relaxing and equipped with everything we needed. The location and view are 2nd to none! If there was one thing that wasn't ideal, it was perhaps that one of the bunk rooms got quite warm and didn't seem to have A/C. But that didn't dampen much. Overall it was a fabulous stay. Would definitely stay here again!!
