Great spot
Enjoyed our stay. But I think it is a bit much to charge that much money & not provide linen, not even a tea towel.
3 bedroom unit, toaster only catered for 2 slices & didn't fit a normal size piece of bread in it, it was so small.
Reception were reasonably rude as we booked through a real estate.

We do wish you had of advised to RBR Holidays your concerns with onsite reception when you were in house so we could have addressed them.
Please rest assured we will look into this now.
We will replace the toaster, and thank you for pointing this out.
Not all properties provided linen, the listing will always confirm if the unit does or does not at your time of booking so you can make an informed decision before you stay.

Great location
Very handy location. RBR realty manage unit and were very efficient and friendly.
Down sides was furniture we very tired and damaged. Need to up grade to internet tv. NO WIFI. Had to pay and sort own linen.
Building is run by Mantra but this room isn’t so can’t leave room keys at reception for kids to come back. This was very inconvenient.
There are much better deals out there. Would not stay here again unless desperate.

Thank you for offering your suggestions to make the unit more appealing to future guests.
We have taken these to the owner who is looking into a new lounge, and has had a quote for Wifi to be supplied to the apartment.
Unfortunately linen is not provided for all of our units, and this is noted on the listing so you are aware of this prior to booking your stay.
Regarding the set of guest keys that were lost during your stay, we can confirm that there will be no charge passed to you for these to be replaced.

Luxurious feel for a family
From the photos I was expecting a dusty, dark unit with uncomfortable beds and sand in everything. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Once the curtains were opened, the place was airy, bright, spotless and well laid out. Big enough for a family of 5. Everything was there. The beds, pillows and linen were 5 star. The kitchen was adequate enough to entertain many guests. The en-suite was very roomy. The leather lounge was luxurious. I loved the foyer of the Mantra and the staff were friendlier than every other place we’ve stayed at in the last 8 years of going to the Gold Coast. The candles burning constantly had a divine aroma once you stepped in the air conditioning. The pool was large and very clean. I can’t fault this place at all.

Not impressed
We recently stayed at Calypso and I have to say that I wasn't impressed at all. The door to the main bedroom was constantly jammed and we had to push hard to even open it and the lamp in the bedroom wasn't working. Plus the whole aparrment looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months.
