Wonderful location, lots of outdoor space, fire pit, lush green garden and grass yard, and nice front deck . One way street, easy walk to restaurants, beach, beach trail, surfing, or Linda Lane park. Garage parking for two cars.

The beach cottage has one queen size bed and two bunk beds so it sleeps 6.

Accommodates two cars parked in driveway or garage. Upgraded kitchen with newer appliances, laundry. Very nice gas fireplace in living room for year round ambiance and winter warmth. The house has beach toys, boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, and other items you want for playing at the beach. The outdoor living areas and many windows make this house a wonderful place to enjoy the weather of San Clemente.

City of San Clemente Short Term Lodging Permit #STLU-315411 Rules:
1) Maximum number of renters is 6. More than 6 people are not permitted to stay at the house overnight.
2) STLU renters and their guests are allowed a maximum of 2 cars parked in either the driveway or in the garage; they shall not have more vehicles at the STLU property than the number of designated, legal parking spaces.
3) STLU renters and their guests shall not create unreasonable noise or disturbances, engage in disorderly conduct, or violate provisions of this code or any state or federal law or regulation, including, but not limited to, those pertaining to noise, disorderly conduct, the consumption of alcohol, or the use of illegal drugs.
4) The house may only be used for overnight lodging. It shall not be used for a wedding, bachelor or bachelorette party, or other party, conference, or any other similar event.

Beautiful little house within walking distance of beach

We stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful little house within walking distance of the beach and a cute little park. The house was sparkling clean and my grandsons loved the fire pit out back where we could roast marshmallows and hotdogs! This area is fenced in and that made me feel so much better with littles with me. The area felt safe with little traffic down the street. I do wish there were more sidewalks, but I think this is typical in this area. There is garage parking and you can park in the small driveway out front. There was also always free street parking right outside of the house. The bed was comfy in the master bedroom, but my daughter said the bunk beds were a little hard. My grandsons didn't seem to mind. There were sand toys in the garage that we took to the park right down the road, and other little toys they played with through out the visit. I did have an issue when booking however. The calendar wasn't updated with VRBO. We originally booked for 6 nights, but it was only available for 4. Other then that one little mishap this place was perfect!! The host is very responsive and the house is amazing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

FABULOUS 💕

I was so lucky to have found this amazing bungalow in San Clemente at the last minute for Thanksgiving. I don’t want to say too many good things about it cause I want to be the only one to rent it lol. The owner Leah is fabulous to deal with and I felt like she’s a friend now, even though we didn’t meet The house was immaculate, very central, well equipped, the yard was wonderful, and we love love loved it! Great vibe! Until next time! Thank you tons!❤️

Lovely get away!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage! It was so peaceful and had everything we needed! So close to the beach and beautiful views just around the corner! We will be back again! LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!

Fantastic property close to the beach!

We absolutely loved this property. We actually felt it was better than the photos, and that is not usually our experience! My family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. The house had everything we needed and many thoughtful touches. The owner was helpful without being intrusive. It was definitely walkable to the beach and Linda Lane park, which was fantastic for our 10 year old boys. We especially loved eating breakfast on the front porch and sitting around the fire pit, as the patio was fantastic. Beds were comfy, kitchen and bath nicely remodeled, tvs great, wifi worked fine, garage was great to have along with beach chairs and boogie boards! We would rent this house again in a heartbeat! San Clemente is great for exploring the beaches, and not far from Dana Point Harbor (tide pools were a hit!) and visiting friends in Laguna Beach. The only problem was that we didn't stay long enough - we need a week next time! :-)

Perfect beach cottage!

We stayed for two weeks and everything was perfect. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The home is spacious with lots of natural light and the breezes through the windows and doors were plenty to keep the house comfortable. The garage and parking is a great feature. We loved the yard and outdoor areas including the dining table and fire pit. I would definitely recommend this home for someone wanting a nice comfortable home in a great, safe neighborhood of San Clemente.

A real gem at the beach!

Superb location for beach lovers. 5 minute walk to beach and pier is 10 minutes further. All the comforts of home. We really enjoyed the wonderful outdoor space with an enclosed yard. Leah and Keith were very pleasant and easy to work with. We've stayed here before and plan to return in the future.

Just Loved This Place!

Our family stayed here this past week and absolutely loved it! The beds were so comfy, and the kitchen was a nice size with all of the amenities (including dishwasher and washer/dryer). The owners were quite helpful; available to answer questions if needed. We definitely would consider renting this again, but probably for a longer time, as we loved it so much. Did I mention how clean it was... and very well-maintained?! And the yard and deck areas were great for entertaining guests. High recommendation from our family to yours, indeed!

Loved our stay at the "blue umbrella" cottage!

Darling cottage! Clean, spacious, fully stocked kitchen even a washer and dryer. 5 minute walk to a very nice playground (my grandson loved this) with an awesome view of the ocean. 5-10 minute walk to the ocean and pier (took a little longer coming back as it's all uphill and I'm a little out of shape). Had dinner at South of Nicks, lunch at the pier, and brunch at the Ramos House Cafe. Enjoyed the gas log fireplace on cool evenings, and roasted hotdogs and marshmallows over the outside fire pit. Enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the front deck with a just a tiny hint of an ocean view. Was great having a private yard and garage. A one hour drive to Disneyland-totally enjoyed the new Star Wars themed Tomorrowland. Highly recommend this cottage and the San Clemente area. Bob and Jackie from Tennessee (go Vols!)

My husband and I have two young children and live in Pacific Grove, CA. I grew up in Santa Cruz and my husband grew up in San Diego. San Clemente is a wonderful blend of the two City's that makes us both feel at home. We love to do outdoor activities, the beach, and all the friendly people that live there. We look forward to vacationing in this house every chance we get - which is never enough.

This house makes me feel good. The many windows and outdoor areas make the house feel light and airy and much larger than a 2bed 1bath. It is centrally located so you can walk to all the fun activities San Clemente has to offer, making you feel like you in the middle of all the action, but you can also relax in the quite backyard and feel like you are away from the world. It is also one of the few streets in San Clemente that doesn't require stairs to get down to the beach. In less than 5 minutes you can walk to great surfing or the walking/running trail along the beach. In the morning I like to drinking coffee on the front balcony and talk to my neighbors. In the evening I like having a glass of wine in the private backyard while enjoying the fire pit while the kids play in the grass.
