This is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom Villa, located in a tropical Resort (living Resort and not holiday resort). You can optionally book a 3rd bedroom with bathroom by extra charge. Each bedroom has an own A/C. The house has all facilities you need for a relaxing vacation, though as a private pool, a spacious roofed porch which is the real "living room" with a gas BBQand tv, chill-lounge and dining table. Our house and garden is surrounded by palmtrees, so you have a maximum of privacy.
The resort has a big common pool with an extra children pool, which can be used as well and which is located in a wonderful tropical garden.
You will not leave...

Stayed over Christmas and Near Years with my family (2 adults, 2 kids aged 9 and 11). House is beautiful inside and out. We spent the majority of our time on the verandah, which had a gorgeous view, privacy, multiple sitting/entertaining areas, as well as a small pool. Pool was great for cooling off and for the kids to play. The house is in a gated resort, which was also lovely and quiet. There is also a large pool and lounge areas in the resort. It was a great spot to watch the fireworks from all directions. The house had everything we needed. We ran the air conditioners in the bedrooms at night, otherwise they were off and we had the windows open for the great breeze. Hosts are great, very responsive. Would stay here again if we were to return to Curaçao.

Lovely Villa

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing month long stay at this villa. It has all the modern conveniences, well stocked with everything you need for preparing your own meals. It was very clean and well stocked with products for cleaning needs during stay. The small plunge pool was great for cooling off, the public pool for long leisurely swims. The complex was very well maintained. It was a short drive to local beaches. A car is a must as nothing is within walking distance. The owners and local contact were very good at communicating. Certainly would recommend this villa.

Enjoying the island

The property was very good. Lots of room for 2 couples. We spend most our time exploring the island. We had lots of rain but never stopped us. The rental has a nice table and chairs outside with a BBQ. We had everything we wanted there. There is a nice pool a couple minute walk away.

Nice property

The house is very well laid out with lots of storage for clothing and toiletries. Lots of towels and linens. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils and baking dishes. Very nice patio. Bring lots of bug spray. Traffic into the city can be challenging in the morning and late afternoon.

Welcoming Home

Had a 2 week stay here with my spouse and kids. The home is clean and spacious, fully stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. You are close to grocery stores, and perfect location for the east end beaches (that were our favorite) There is a small pool off the large outdoor living space, thats perfect for cooling down, and a large resort pool a very short walk from the home. We had great communication with both the caretaker and the owners. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your island getaway!

Excellent property in Jan Thiel area!

We stayed for the month of January, and the house was wonderful! We really enjoyed the back deck and spent much of our time out there. The house is super comfortable inside and the beds are great for sleeping and of course we appreciate the AC in the bedrooms. The kitchen is newly renovated and worked very well and anything we needed was available. It is a nice gated community and we felt very safe, though I feel that generally about the Jan Thiel area. We also really enjoyed community pool area and took advantage of that a few times when we just wanted to stay around the house and chill for the day. Daria and Ingrid were both great and easy to communicate with and we truly hope to come back to this property!

Fantastic property convenient to some great amenities

If anything, the pictures on the site don't show how adorable this place is. We stayed here in April 2023 and had a great time - the house is very cute, decorated very well, and the owners obviously put a lot of pride in keeping the place up to date (the kitchen was brand new when we got there!). We really enjoyed taking a dip in the small pool and loved access to the larger communal pool. The location is secure and safe, but what really sets it apart is its proximity to Jan Thiel beach, Tugboat beach and Mambo beach, three fantastic locations that you can get to within 5-15 minutes via car. There are a number of supermarkets close by that you can use and the hypermarket is probably 15 minutes away. Downtown Willemstad is a short hop away and we found that the location was a fantastic staging area for visits to various places around the island. We had great contact with the owners, and a huge credit to Ingrid, who checked us in and out in an incredibly friendly and helpful manner! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy Curacao and be close to the action but have a little bit of privacy to enjoy yourselves. Thank you Daria and Horst!

Nice villa in secure location (gated community)

We stayed here for three weeks. The accommodations were very nice and the villa was comfortably equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was very easy. My husband and I are divers, so we spent most of our time middle island and on the West end which was a little longer drive than we expected, but well worth the drive if you are a diver. The location of the villa is nice if you plan to mainly visit Jan Theil beach (3-5 minute drive by car), Mambo Beach (12-15 minute drive by car depending on traffic) or dive the Tugboat ( 5-7 minute drive). Traffic can be a little congested depending on the time of day, but this is to be expected being on an island. There are two grocery stores less than 5 minutes away by car. OTC meds, shampoos and personal care items are a little more expensive, so so be sure to bring your own. Otherwise, we thought groceries were reasonably priced. The island is big, so we definitely recommend a renting a car. Thank you for everything. Kind Regards, W&C

Incredible Jumping Off Point

We travelled from Canada and stayed in this unit for 7 days, and aside from snorkelling with turtles at Playa Piskado, our stay here was the highlight of our trip. The outdoor space is incredible for simply relaxing at all times of the day, so we didn't spend a minute in the living room inside all trip. You'll be grateful for the awning and small plunge pool on those 32°C days. The unit is very modern and clean, including the bathrooms and bedrooms, but especially the kitchen. There is an abundance of bathroom and beach towels in this unit. Be aware that electricity and water are extra for this unit. For the week the two of us only used 126 KWh of electricity which ended up costing us an extra $100 CAD on top the of original booking cost. In Canada that same amount of electricity would have cost about $16. Overall well worth saying at this place to be comfortable and truly relaxed. If you're snorkelling be sure to check out Tugboat Beach, Playa PortoMari, and Kokomos. Get groceries at Vreugdenhil, and then fantastic meals at Brisa Do Mar and the Ribs Factory!

Nice Villa in Gated Community Jan Thiel

We spent the 1st of several weeks on island. Very nice villa & gated community. We enjoyed our short stay, sitting on the small breezy patio, taking quick dips in plunge pool & walking the community in evenings sometimes combined with a swim in larger community pool. People next door were friendly. Instructions to find villa were good, we are familiar with island so found location easily; Ingrid and Bas are very nice & helpful upon arrival and departure. Thank you! Be aware there is only one road to Jan Thiel which gets very busy traffic jam wise morning and afternoon. We knew to expect this so not a surprise. Both bedrooms large with a/c, master bed has just 1 of 2 wardrobes available for use & little in the way of drawers. A little annoyance, but master bed sheets & underpad rode up on the bed every night, removed underpad but still an issue. The second bedroom has huge wardrobe & shelving, friend said bed comfy. We spend our time outside, however there is a huge living room & inside dining area neither of which we used other than to store dive gear on floor. The bbq worked well - did not use oven - think we first to use new dishwasher, plates etc do not fit in very well so did a lot hand washing too. Kitchen is lovely new one & everything we used worked well - we loved the knife board! Make sure you buy paper towels, toilet paper, tin foil for bbq, oil, herbs, spices etc etc as only salt & pepper in kitchen. Took 3 days of boiling kettle on living room floor before found the extension outlet in kitchen - tucked in corner to right of fridge.. now you know! 🤣 We did a small wash & plenty of line to hang wet things to dry in the garden. Also another seating area in lower garden which we didn't use. We had rental car from airport but villa owners supply a very nice rental car if required, I suggest you use theirs. Only issue we really had was with the water - scalding hot in both showers & not being familiar with the set up we didn't know how or where to turn down until last day. Also after few days we noticed toilet was running/overflowing in the tank - float was stuck. We rectified this & kept an eye on it. I am sure this is why our water & electricity for the week was twice what we usually pay for two weeks elsewhere. Overall it was a comfortable, clean and well maintained place to stay.

Familie Vacation

Es war einfach traumhaft. Das Haus war Perfekt. Alles war da was man braucht, dazu sehr gute Betten und Kissen. Der kleine Pool war perfekt um ab zu kühlen. Im gemeinsamen Pool konnte man wirklich Bahnen ziehen. Die Kommunikation lief super! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöner Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus

Wir waren das erste Mal auf Curacao für 17 Tage im Mai. Falls wir wieder mal Urlaub auf Curracao machen kommen wir auf jeden Fall in diese Haus zurück: alles war TOP. Die Ausstattung war mehr als komplett und die Gastgeberin überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das haus ist auf jeden Fall seinen Preis wert !! Auch die Lage war für uns perfekt - wir hatten einen Mietwagen und haben von dort aus die ganze Insel erkundet. Ein super Urlaub!!

Very nice villa in gated community

We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks and we really enjoyed it. Everything was clean, in very good condition and as described on the web. We especially enjoyed the outdoor living space, including small private pool. The common area pool is really close by and very nice as well. The villa is well located to reach the near-by beaches just in few minutes (by car). I can for sure recommend this villa and would be happy to stay here again!

Perfect Escape from Canadian Winters

We stayed at Bini Sol for 3 weeks. Owner (Daria) communicated shortly after booking with all necessary information. She was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The Property was exactly as advertised. It is located within a gated community with security and cameras. It was quiet and private. Easily accommodates 6 people. The outdoor living area was fantastic! L shaped, totally covered with 2 dining tables + living area with TV and soaker pool to cool down while sipping a drink. It also has a nice big BBQ grill if you choose to eat in. The inside of the house was very spacious, nicely decorated with high ceilings and ceiling fans in the main living/dining area. Modern and up to date kitchen with everything you need. Fridge with ice maker. There is a washer at this property and clothes line. With the beautiful breeze everything dried pretty quickly. You don't need to over pack and you won't need for anything. The large bedrooms have air conditioning. Bathrooms are a very good size with showers. For those that need to stay connected - the wifi worked very well. This place had all the comforts of home. It is located close to groceries, restaurants and various other services. But we do recommend you rent a vehicle or rent part of the time from the owner who has a small vehicle on site. While there are some restaurants within 20 minute walking distance it is VERY HOT to walk unless its early in the morning or after sun down (not recommended due to road). We rented and SUV for the 3 weeks and happy we did. It allowed us to travel some of the more remote areas as we explored this beautiful island. The caretakers Riki and Petra were a pleasure to deal with and always quick to respond to us to make sure we were comfortable. The pool within the complex is a very short 3 minute walk, rarely was anyone there using it. We swam early in the morning and most afternoons. I will definitely miss this! This is a great little spot for a family trip and would definitely bring our grandchildren next time. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Great place to escape the Canadian winter

Would definitely stay at this property again. It was as described in the listing and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. They were very accommodating. We also rented their car for our time on the island. Good sized car in great condition that comfortably for us around the island. The house is spacious, kitchen is modern, and bedrooms were good sizes. We liked having the 3rd bedroom separate from the rest of house to give a bit more privacy. Outdoor living space was wonderful- we spent most of our time at the house out there. Nice BBQ also. The private pool was nice to relax in, while the common area pool was perfect for an afternoon swim. The location of this house was close to many of the places we like to go- beaches and restaurants. Riki was very friendly and helpful also. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Absolutely beautiful place on an even more beautiful island!

We really enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the property. We were close to so many wonderful restaurants and a drive away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Definitely will rent again and in the very near future!!

Not as Advertised

""A three bedroom villa, beach location with swimming pool"". The third bedroom was very disappointing - so hot, door straight into a lean-to bathroom and below/behind the main villa so quite dark. We were charged extra per night for the "additional person" although the villa was advertised as thee bedroom? You NEED a car - there is nowhere to walk to, the "beach location" is a 40 minute walk from the villa along a very busy main road. It is NOT a beach location - incorrect advertising, be careful! Unfortunately for us the 2-weeks we stayed at the villa the swimming pool was out of use. This changed our holiday completely, we always had to go out, we were extremely disappointed. A swimming pool was one of our main criteria...... Villa on the whole was clean, but we were misled with the advertising of the property and would not stay here again. Expensive for what it is, no beach, no pool, tropical garden is a few trees around the perimeter of the concrete grounds, and a disappointing, separate third bedroom.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach super. Im Haus war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Der Kontakt und die Komunikation waren schnell und präzise. Auch vor Ort war der Empfang und die Einweisung super. Der zubuchbare Mietwagen ist Pflicht. Fazit: Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt Weiterempfehlen.

Wij brachten 2 weken door in Villa Bini Sol en het huis is prachtig. Het voldeed aan onze verwachtingen en komt overeen met de foto's en beschrijving op de site. Veel ruimte en mooi terras en alles is aanwezig. Prettige contacten met de verhuurder en prima begeleiding door gastvrouw Sanneke ter plaatse, die een antwoord wist op al onze vragen.

Besonders empfehlenswert!

Haben uns in dem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und wir liebten den Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelspender! Den großen Gemeinschaftspool hatten wir meist am frühen morgen für uns alleine! Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der sehr nette Kontakt zur Besitzerin und zur Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort! Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Perfektes Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub

Wir haben das Haus mit 5 Personen für unseren 2wöchigen Urlaub auf Curacao gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden. Alles ist genau so wie beschrieben: Das Haus ist sehr groß und komplett ausgestattet, es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht und vor allem: alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt! Das Gleiche trifft auf die gesamte Anlage zu, so dass einem erholsamen Urlaub nichts im Wege steht. Ein Auto ist ein "Muss" und wir waren mit dem angebotenen, zum Haus gehörenden Wagen absolut zufrieden. Der Kontakt zu den deutschen Hausbesitzern und der niederländischen Verwalterin vor Ort haben reibungslos geklappt; alle unsere Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet; Probleme, die man hätte lösen müssen, gab es keine. Wir können die Villa Bini Sol uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne noch einmal in diese Unterkunft.

Eine traumhafte Villa mit 3 Schlafräumen, einem riesen Wohnzimmer, schöner Küche und einer extraklassen Terrasse mit eigenem Jacuzzi. Die Häuser stehen recht dicht nebeneinander, was aber durch die dichte und üppige Bepflanzung nicht weiter auffällt oder gar stört. Dieses Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen! Auch die Betreuung vor Ort hat tadellos funktioniert! Wenn Curacao - dann unbedingt wieder diese Villa!!!

Toller Urlaub!!!!!!

Haus und Anlage wie beschrieben, einfach Spitze. Das Haus war sauber und alles ordentlich zusammengeräumt. Alles wirkt sehr einladend. Die Betreuerin des Anwesens ist sehr nett und stets erreichbar. Die "Altstadt" ist in 20 min Autofahrt erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist fast den ganzen Tag in der Sonne und somit perfekt um einen ruhigen Tag "zuhause" zu geniessen. Der Pool ist ca 5 min zu fuss vom Haus entfernt. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal das Haus mieten. Vielen Dank
