Great location!

Pro- great location, house had nice cleaning odor on arrival Private pool even though itā€™s small worked well with little grandkids, paid extra for heating House size great, beds comfortable, nice linens Grandkids loved specialty bedrooms Community club house, pool, lazy river, splash pad was an added treat, close to house. Extra stroller to use Cons- paid for bbq, only used twice, luckily there was propane so didnā€™t have to add that Only 4 large forks, rest were dessert forks Carpet old, worn, looked dirty, one stair worn down to wood Couch and dining room chairs need a good cleaning Had neighbors with dogs, one night dogs barked about 4 hours straight, I know not companies fault. Only one dish towel Overall was a great house with four grandkids, ages 2,4,6,8. Would recommend the house.

Exactly As Pictured

This rental was exactly as pictured and in a very nice neighborhood. The resort itself was beautiful. The kids loved the lazy river. The pool at the rental was very nice and heated as requested. So nice to have a bathroom outside instead of going in the house. There were several pool toys there to play with. HOWEVER, THE CARPET WAS VERY VERY DIRTY and the woodwork on the stair case had not been cleaned in a long time. ALSO, no cell service unless you walked down the street. SOS, the entire time. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need including small George Foreman grill, popcorn maker and instant pot. The 3 skillets there were very scratched and unusable. BONUS ITEMS: stroller, 2+ pack n plays. Hair dryers in each bathrooms. So, all in all, it was a very nice rental.

Great place! Great Stay!

Nice neighborhood set back from the hustle and bustle but close enough to shops, restaurants, Disney, etc. The house looked just as it does online, it was clean and cozy and very inviting. All communications were answered promptly and there were no major snafus or issues. We always inspect the house first, take pictures and make note of anything that could be considered "damaged." There were some wall scuffs, some blue slime on the carpet, drinks rings and minor stains on the night stand and dresser but all minor. They said no worries, we wouldn't be held responsible and that's just normal wear and tear. The living room downstairs and loft sitting area were both very comfortable and cozy and every room looked in person just like it did online. All the rooms were beautiful! The mattress in the room downstairs is so comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, we loved the Mickey Mugs and would use them every morning at breakfast. Kitchen was well stocked, we had everything we needed to make our meals and have a nice sit down meal. The pool area was a nice place to hang out. We brought our dog, his kennel and we made sure to use belly bands on him so when he smelled other dogs and tried to mark "his" territory the diaper would handle it. He wasn't going to make me lose my deposit. LOL! And he's not allowed on furniture.The house didn't smell but his doggy nose could smell previous K9's. Great rental. Quiet neighborhood in mid October. We will rent again for sure!

Great stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay the home was as pictured and came equipped with towels, cooking essentials, and was very clean. There was always someone available to answer my questions both before and after booking which was greatly appreciated on my side. Location was great close enough for us to the Disney parks, shopping and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking!

Everything was exactly as described for the property. Any communication with the property managers was helpful, prompt and professional. The house was perfect for our family of 8 (5 adults, 3 kids). Close enough to Disney parks but not right in the mix. The community pool is a wonderful amentity and one that we really enjoyed.

Granddaughters birthday

Nice neighborhood near Disney parks. House is nice enough, but some wear and tear is evident. None of us in the family had very good cellular service in the house or community for some reason without using WiFi. Strange since itā€™s a newer community and we all had different carriers. We did have lots of fun during our stay, but werenā€™t able to enjoy the community pool since they seem to close around 7:45pm.

Great location and pool

Pictures are accurate. We enjoyed our stay. Our kids and grandkids joined us for some of the trip. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool at the house. This was great after a day at Disney. We all loved the community pool and lazy river it was a great time had by all. We will stay here again.

Great clean home!

Home was absolutely great!! Everyone fit comfortably in our party of 8ā€¦ and honestly we couldā€™ve fit another 3 people comfortably with the amount of beds and space! The neighborhood was quiet at night which was a plus! At first while driving there I thought omg itā€™s farther then I thought however after the first day or 2 I realized nothing is far itā€™s just Orlando traffic, 35 minutes to drive 10 miles haha!!! Property management was super responsive to all my questions and repair of a smoke detector that ran out of battery! All in all I would definitely recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent stay

Great communication! We decided to extend our stay by a day and they made it so easy. The pool was very warm. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Our daughter loved the cute Harry Potter bedroom. Close to everything, food, parks etc. The only issues were that the ice maker doesn't work and the towel bar in the downstairs bathroom is broken. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

Perfect Home for large families visiting Disney!! Took no time at all to get to parks. The pool was a wonderful plus after long hot days in the park. Beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable. We loved this house!

Amazing Property

This was a great rental experience from start to finish. The house had enough room for everyone (8 of us) so we werenā€™t on top of one another. The pool was perfect for the kids and the water was clean. Everything inside was very clean and organized upon arrival. On site laundry was great with 3 toddlers. Shower water was always hot even w/4+ bathrooms. I just canā€™t say enough about the house, so bright and beautiful. It was in a great location also and a very short walk to the resort (which was also fantastic). Everyone had a great time and I would definitely rent this house again if staying in that area.

We had a great week!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. There was plenty of room. The only suggestion I have is to add a dresser to the downstairs bedroom as there isnā€™t really anywhere to put away clothes. It was extremely busy down there for spring break so the community pool was a little overwhelming, which made it extra nice to have the little pool at home to use.

Beautiful and clean home

My family of nine had a wonderful stay at this location. Plenty of room, very clean, and family friendly. You can definitely tell they take care of this property and want you to have a great stay. Only negative is the noise level in the neighborhood. The guest next to us played loud music late into the night and on the other side there were kids swimming and yelling until 11pm most nights. Overall, I would highly recommend this property if you donā€™t mind a little noise in the evening.

We stayed with our multi-generational family of 10. Everyone had plenty of space. The layout was great! The backyard pool and neighborhood pool were perfect. Thank you!!
