Everything about this stay was easy. The hosts were great with communication and got back to us fast whenever we needed anything. The gated community was beautiful and felt safe and peaceful. The pool and lazy river were a big hit, and the best part is they were just a short walk from the house, so we could head over whenever we felt like it without loading everyone into the car.The one small thing was the kitchen. The pots and pans were pretty worn, so some newer ones would be a nice upgrade. It didn’t affect our stay, though. We loved it and would absolutely book again

We had an amazing time at this property. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group — plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The highlight was definitely the pool. It was well‑maintained, private, and became our go‑to spot every morning and evening. The kitchen and common areas were great for cooking and hanging out, and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable getaway.

Overall wonderful place to stay. The home was very spacious and up to date. Would definitely recommend the stay. The communication was a bit confusing because the app suggest you send message via and the best form of communication ended up being the text messaging service. I sent a request via the app because TV remote in one of the bedrooms was not working and found out that the message was never delivered once I sent the text unfortunately it was never resolved, but that's okay there was a nice TV in the living room. One recommendation that I will make is to provide more than just 2 garbage bags, one kitchen towel and one roll of paper towels. By doing so it comes at small cost and makes the easiness of stay easier to maintain. Again, the little details. Looking forward to our next stay. Thank you.

Pontos positivos: Check-in, comunicação e localização

Has great potential

The location was great and community amenities were great too. Loved the layout of the home as well but there were several issues that plagued us during the stay. When we arrived the pool was filthy and had old plastic glasses and balloons in it. The screen around it was broken too. Management did fix both quickly though. The home was nice but the furniture was an issue. The couch is filthy, the stools in the kitchen are all ripped and one of the bedroom sets upstairs has rips and tatters all over it. It also lacked some necessities like a plug fur the kitchen sink, wash and dry towels for dishes and basic sheet pans to cook with. We also had ongoing issues with wifi access and getting our code to work at the front gate, The home itself is beautiful though and this place has great potential. The management company and employees were lovely to deal with too. But the many problems we encountered took away from our vacation.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location, community amenities, and the home's layout, and we truly appreciate your kind words about our team. We're sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. While we’re happy we were able to resolve some of them quickly, we understand how frustrating it can be to deal with multiple concerns during a vacation. Your feedback regarding the furniture condition and missing kitchen essentials is being taken seriously and has already been passed along to our maintenance and housekeeping teams for improvement. We appreciate you recognizing the potential of the home and hope we have the chance to welcome you back for a much smoother experience in the future. Wonder Vacation Homes
