Welcome to your Surprise vacation home; you deserve it!

Located in a quiet neighborhood in Surprise Farms, this 2255 sq ft, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is waiting for you to settle in and enjoy your vacation.
As you enter the front door you will see the inviting large open concept living room, dinning room & kitchen. Everyone is part of the action whether watching TV, preparing a meal or dinning.

Living room has 65" HD TV, comfy leather furniture with large sectional. Fully equipped kitchen includes gorgeous, massive granite counter tops with seating for snacks, stainless steel appliances and garbage disposal. Second refrigerator in garage for additional food and beverages. Dinning area comfortably seats 8 with wine glasses in buffet. Fully tiled main floor has large powder room and a wardrobe supplied with beach towels / pool toys and storage for your shoes and outerwear.

The 2nd level provides 3 inviting bedrooms, main bathroom, master ensuite, 400 sq ft loft with queen pullout and access to balcony. Master bedroom has king bed, two dressers, ensuite with makeup bench, full length mirror, separate tub / shower / water closet, and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 & 3 have queen beds, closets and mirrored dressers. Loft has 2nd 52" HD TV. Two couches with arm chair, one couch is a queen pullout. Great place to relax or for the kids to play. The 2nd level balcony has bar style tables and chairs, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and watching the amazing sunsets over the white tank mountains.

The backyard has a viewing fence that looks onto a small park and is like a tropical oasis with palm trees, ficus trees, olianders and best of all a large heated pool 83f & separate hot tub (heat for either is extra $). The pool area has bar style tables and chairs and two loungers with umbrella. The covered patio is equipped with a Weber natural gas barbecue, dinning set for 6 for enjoying evening barbecues.

Park has volleyball court and children's swings. Within two blocks a larger park has a basketball court, picnic area and large children's playground. Community tennis courts within 2 miles. A great safe area for cycling.

Great location for activities or just relax by the pool. Easy access to Surprise Stadium spring training camp (10 minutes), home of the Kansas City Royals & Texas Rangers, Golf multiple courses & Phoenix open, NFL Arizona Cardinals , MLB Arizona Diamondbacks, NBA Phoenix Suns, NHL Arizona Coyotes, NASCAR, college bowl games, hiking, sunshine! The kids will love the Wildlife World Zoo (3 miles) or the Phoenix zoo.

Optional pool heat 83f is $220 / week. Optional hot tub heat is $80 / week

Arizona Family Holiday

This home was spacious, well cared for, and easy to access from the highways and main roads. It had everything you’d expect and find helpful in a vacation stay. It was as presented/described online. The owners understand how when vacationing it really helps to have amenities and little things you need. It was super clean, plus very comfortable for eating, lounging, and playing. Our kids loved the heated pool (so did the adults) and all we had to do was cover it when not using. David was easy to communicate with and very clear with instructions. He had the home ready for us to simply enter and then ENJOY! We would love to go back again when we are in the area.

great location for spring training etc

we had a great time in Surprise staying in this beautiful home. it was a quiet residential neighborhood and we enjoyed being able to walk to some great eating establishments and grocery store as well as being only 3 miles from the ballpark. the house was very clean and we enjoyed the pool as well. would highly recommend this home!

Amazing! Clean! Spacious! Beautiful! 5+ star home and hosts!

This house feels like a home immediately upon entering. I have stayed at a lot of rental properties and this one is by far my favorite. First, the communication with the owners is immediate, thorough and super friendly. Every detail is accounted for so there is no confusion on what to do upon check-in and check-out. The property is easy to get to, close to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. and in a wonderful, safe, suburban location. The décor is welcoming and homey, so we very quickly felt comfortable and less stressed from our long travels. No cheap bedding or scratchy, thin linens and bare bones furniture in this home! Lots of pillows and throw blankets, and comfortable, sturdy and classy furniture with plenty of room both indoors and outdoors. There is space for everyone to have their own quiet area as well as perfect areas for gathering. The wi-fi is strong and never went out, which was a huge bonus because both of us needed to work every day. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook any meal. We especially loved the huge grill. Steaks, chicken, bacon, yum. The lovely part was that you can use whatever dry goods and non-perishables that are already there so you're not running out to buy condiments and spices, soaps and detergents. It's already there from previous guests. The bedrooms were immaculate (like everything else), the bedding and mattress very comfortable. Also, as a person with a lot of long hair, the shower pressure in the master bath was awesome. The upstairs deck overlooking the pool, park, mountains and sunset was glorious. The pool was a great addition! I wish it would have been warmer while we were there, but the water was heated and we did use it quite a bit. The back yard was a peaceful oasis and we worked from the patio quite a few days. I honestly cannot think of one thing I would have changed. Maybe a hot tub? Haha! But even then, you have a large soaking tub in the master bath which I took full advantage of on the cool nights. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay with amazing perks like bikes, golf clubs, a heated pool, flat screen TVs, strong wi-fi, etc. It has it all!

Lovely Home

We truly enjoyed our stay in Surprise, Az. The home we stayed in was well maintained and very clean. The owners were very nice and helpful when I had questions and communication was immediate. Very quiet neighborhood, we took several walks around the block. Close to a Main Street with shopping, dinning, and groceries. We cooked several meals and had plenty of utensils and cookware to choose from. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and plenty of space in the living areas. I would highly recommend this home for your get away. Would definitely rent again!

Excellent house in a great location

We had a great trip to Surprise and the house was better than we had expected. Dave and June were excellent hosts and helped us with anything we needed. The house layout was perfect for our needs with the 2 living room locations and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The backyard is a great place to unwind and relax. Thanks for a great experience

Christmas Week 2019 with Family

We had a wonderful week at this lovely home in Surprise Farms. The house was perfect for our family with plenty of space for dining in, and everything needed for cooking for a crowd. We enjoyed grilling, swimming in the heated pool, and entertaining family on the patio. The two large family rooms with big-screen televisions were a plus! The master suite was especially luxurious, and all of the nice linens and towels, dishes, and other necessities were greatly appreciated. The place was easy to maintain, the neighborhood was friendly and easy to navigate. No complaints at all -- we had a fabulous stay!

4th of July/Anniversary week

Our family had a wonderful week staying in Surprise at David’s home. It was absolutely gorgeous and very, very comfortable. The home is large and everyone had plenty of privacy. We were also celebrating our anniversary and there are so many fun things to do that are very close by. The zoo, TopGolf and of course we saw a Diamondbacks game while there!! The icing on the cake about this property is the POOL!!! It is beautiful and so inviting, especially when the temp is in the triple digits. Thank you so much for providing an excellent property for short term rental, communicating with David via e-mail or text was a breeze. We would highly recommend this property for families...ours enjoyed it immensely❤️☀️🌵

Home away from home

We stayed here for 11 nights over the Christmas holidays. We were 2 families with kids and this house worked great. There was plenty of room for everybody and dining that had seating to all sit together at meals. The kids loved the pool in the backyard which was heated to 83 degrees and swam even in the chilly days outside. The neighborhood has lots of playgrounds and grocery store within walking distance. Was only a short drive to lots to restaurants and golf courses. We went to a hockey game and shopping outlet in Glendale area that was an easy 20 minute drive. The house had everything needed for cooking, pool toys and towels and lots of little extras that lots of vacation rentals don’t provide. We will definitely be staying here each time we are in the Phoenix area. Thanks Dave and June!!!

Our entire family loved this place. We all had room to spread out. We all slept comfortably. We enjoyed having the BBQ and used it a lot. The pool was fabulous. We also found that the location was perfect for our needs. Dave and June have been awesome to work with. 👍

Great place, clean, quiet neighborhood

It's a home away from home for us. This makes two years in a row that we have enjoyed this home. Close to ballparks. Very nice pool and patio. Enjoyed using the grill to cook outside.

Great house, pool and location

This home was perfect for our spring break trip! We so enjoyed staying at this house, it felt like home. The pool was great and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group of 7. We did not feel crowded in the least. One of the nicest things was how the kitchen was stocked. We have stayed at several VRBOs and normally you have to buy EVERYTHING! This kitchen was stocked pretty with staples and anything we did buy that was nonperishable, we left for the next guests. It seems like a small thing but when you are traveling with limited space, it was very nice. The outdoor eating area with the gas grill was wonderful -- we cooked out several nights and then ate outside. The table in the eating area was plenty big as well if we wanted to stay in. Both upstairs and downstairs there was ample seating. The pool are had plenty of seating with pool toys. The owners have thought of everything and have provided it for you. The neighborhood is easy to find with a grocery stores and restaurants close by. We would take walks throughout the neighborhood and even stopped at a garage sale one day. Our kids used the park behind the house often. I can't say enough about how great David was to work with. Anytime I had a question before we arrived he answered promptly. After we arrived, I had a couple of silly questions and he immediately got back with me and was very kind. I would recommend this place without hesitation! Thank you for sharing your home with us -- we hope to be back next year.

Great Property & Pool!

The house and pool was outstanding! The house had all the amenities that you required and the pool was heated and stayed consistant even with the cool weather over new years. David and June were great to deal with, getting back to you promptly and making sure there was nothing else you needed. I would definitely recommend their house and would stay there again. Easy access to the freeway and grocery stores within walking distance. Lots of parks for the kids to play at. A great family home!

The home was wonderful and easy to find. There is everything you need inside and out. The kids loved the pool and the park behind the house not to mention the views from the master are wonderful!

We enjoy being proud parents / grandparents and being able to enjoy family times in Surprise. Love the sunshine and all the great activities that Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Tempe, Mesa and Surprise have to offer for professional sports from NFL, MLB including spring training camp, MBA, NHL, PGA Phoenix Open to Nascar. We also enjoy the multiple golf courses, hiking, great restaurants and shopping.
