From the grand entry to the picturesque cascading staircase into the backyard to the ivy-covered wall to the spacious landscaped backyard there are so many natural backdrops from which to choose.
The house has subtle oriental detail throughout giving it a unique ambiance. The hardwood floors throughout the house provide an elegant setting. A large coat closet accommodates your guest coats and jackets upon arrival. The large gathering room with fireplace has room to host a dinner or you can you can dance the night away. The built-in wet bar (room) hidden behind the oriental screen provides a place to serve your guest their favorite beverages. A large kitchen with a butler s pantry provides plenty of space for catering your small events. The massive covered patio allows your event to move outdoors, down the cascading staircase into the beautifully landscaped backyard.
The house sleeps 10. Master bedroom with private bathroom, sunken shower, dressing room, and a private exit onto the back patio. West Bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom with a shower. East bedroom has a queen bed with a private exit onto the patio and a large bathroom with a garden tub.
The dining room seats 6 and the kitchen bar seats 2, but there is plenty of room to set up more tables and chairs if needed.
The media room has a 55" television with local channel antenna access and wifi access. Let s be real, who is watching TV when a memorable event is taking place? Also in the media room, there are two queen Murphy beds to sleep 4 more guests with a 1/2 bath nearby.
