We loved our stay at Origin! Our condo was perfect and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Well stocked kitchen and a very attentive owner. We plan to be back next year!

Great Get-A-Way!!!

Jim was so helpful! The property staff was kind and courteous. The condo was wonderful. It was immaculate! My 60 year old fiancé and I (55) we’re engaged on this trip. We had a lovely time at the condo!

Disappointed

I really wanted to like this place but from the moment we arrived, parking was a challenge except first thing in morning, elevators were broken a lot or so slow because half worked, and staff that worked there were less then customer service oriented. My overall review, is my personal opinion of my stay, which wasn’t the best.

Loved this condo!! Amazing view and perfect location!

We were so happy with our stay at this condo! The view and layout was great!! I can't wait to go back and stay again! The owner was super helpful and very nice! Usually I try to find new places to stay when we return to somewhere we go for something differnet but this was defifnitely a condo I would stay at again!!! Loved it!!

Relaxing and convenient location

Beautifully appointed single bedroom unit directly across the street from Panama City Beach and local seafood restaurants and bar. Indoor parking garage for one vehicle, and additional overflow outdoor parking for one additional parking if needed.

Beautiful unit, gorgeous view

The owner of this unit was a superb host. I texted him with questions and received a response immediately. We arrived on the tail end of some big storms and the weather was less than ideal. Because of this our only complaint with the place was that the condo complex is EXTREMELY rigid on their rules at the pool. The weather was cold and our 9 year old did not want to swim in the pool because it was too cold but the security at the pool would not even let him put his feet in the hot tub because he was under 12 years of age. I understand rules are rules...just wish we had known ahead of time. Otherwise, the pool was beautiful, the beach so close, the unit amazing and very clean.

Exceptional Condo/Loud Exterior

The interior of the condo was exceptional. Very well decorated and comfortable. The view walking in was amazing. You are high enough to get a spectacular view of the ocean. The condo sits across the street and is not directly on the beach. The road/vehicle noise was disappointing as we could hear vehicles from the condo at night. The pool plays music all day and it can be heard from the balcony of the condo. We prefer a bit more quiet exterior experience so we won’t be back. To be fair it was spring break week and things may have been louder than normal.

Weekend/Birthday Getaway

I had a wonderful time in PCB. I stayed at the Origin. The place was immaculate. Our property manager was awesome -- he even checked upon us after we checked in. I loved the location as we were able to walk the strip late at night and just enjoy the festivities.

The property itself was well maintained and neat. Jim was wonderful, he made sure our unit was clean. Of course, when we left - we made sure it was tidy and spotless, too. The condo was not on the beach, it’s across the beach - that part was a little disappointing. Origins needed a little bit of external cleaning as the building looks old and dingy. Overall, our Condo unit itself was nice. -Willie & Marie

30th anniversary, couldn’t ask for more!

We’ve not stayed at PCB since Miracle Strip closed. So to just pick your place I know Someone was guiding me. It was GORGEOUS!! My husband and I love everything about it. Didn’t mind waking across the street at all! And each night we came off the beach, walked right in to Sharkie’s for dinner. Couldn’t have gotten any better than that!! I just can’t say enough about your place! We will be back!!

Fabulous Family Fun!!

The condo was amazing and beautiful! The view was fantastic from all windows and the balcony! The amenities were very nice and the private beach was wonderful! Amazing!!

This condo was amazing!! The quick access to the beach made it so easy for myself and my four year old. It was clean, comfortable and everything was so convenient. Definitely will be booking this condo again.

Unit 1124 is fabulous

So much room! This condo is decorated lovely, has everything you need for a great stay! Spectacular views from every room. The bedroom is enormous with a comfortable King bed, large closet and en-suite bath. The kitchen is very well equipped with high end appliances. The living/dining areas are very comfortable with very nice furnishings. Having a large 1/2 bath is a big plus! ‘ Cant say enough about Unit 1124! You will not be disappointed!

Never disappointing

Each time I come I'm never disappointed in this beautiful place. When you open the doors just a clean, refreshing fragrance welcomes you. The view couldn't be better, everything spotless, so inviting. The owner makes himself available for any questions. I will remain a returning patron.

Outstanding Room & View

We loved our time at this condo. It was clean, had a beautiful view of the beach, and was very close to a ton of good restaurants. When we head to PCB again, this will be the first condo we look to book!!
