This house boasts two kitchens, two bathrooms and a huge deck to relax and unwind on. Upstairs has two bedrooms, downstairs has three bedrooms plus a huge rumpus room. The rumpus is open plan living with pool table, table tennis, Telstra TV, blue tooth sound bars in three areas of the house, Wii and dartboard, all provided for your entertainment.

But Wait There Is More: Two x BBQs - One on the main deck is a four burner with a hood plus a side burner. The other bbq is downstairs - four burner with a hood, outdoor shower, ceiling fans and air conditioning, boat parking, huge carport, free wifi, firepit, outdoor bar, two x coffee machines - one in each kitchen, coffee beans only, please byo beans - plus there is a beer fridge.
Air conditioning in upstairs lounge and downstairs lounge.

Dunworkin is only a short stroll to the surf beach and shops. This is a great location for a family beach side holiday. This house is one of very few in Rainbow Beach that can cater for big families or groups of friends.

Low level part of house (right hand side): ā€“ Bedroom 3 ā€“ one x king bed (main), Bedroom 4 ā€“ one x queen. Bedroom 5 ā€“ 2 x single beds.

-Please be aware that this property is in a residential area with neighbours who live close by permanently. Please be mindful and courteous with regards to this situation.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost per stay.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Pet friendly properties are not all fully fenced, please refer to the individual property description. If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.

Rainbow Beach vaycay!

Great property for multiple families. Plenty of space if you want some time out, or join in by the pool, playing pool, darts or the wii!Nice and close to the beach and the centre of town, no need to be getting the car out every time you want to go somewhere.

Great for a big family stay

Spacious, well equipped, plenty of room to have different activities going on. The beds were quite comfy and the pool was great! It was easy to liaise with the Real Estate agent for organising key pick up.

Great house and property! Unfortunately it rained 4 1/2 days out of 6! Luckily the house is well equiped! Some newer couches would be great as the current ones are not very good.

The house is perfect for a few families...it is stocked with everything you need except you bring linen and towels. There are bikes to ride to the shops, billiard table, coffee machines, ..one takes pods one takes beans...washer and dryer..Two kitchens!...which is super handy. Good beds. Excellent Place to stay

The house was clean and well equipped. In great location to everything. Just a few things that could be looked at bunk beds need fixing they squeak a lot. Front and back doors need looking at. And we had a problem with ants. Overall very good great place to stay we will be back šŸ˜€šŸ˜€šŸ˜€šŸ˜€šŸ˜€šŸ˜€

Excellent property.

We had a great stay. This house all you could need and more! The kids were endlessly entertained between the pool. Pooltable and wii! If we everhave the need for such a large house again we will definitely be looking this one up!

There were just a few little issues with the property.. such as it is a hot place when the weather is hot... slow ceiling fans and no aircon to help out.... some window screens had holes in them and we were plagued with mozzies and midgies.... However -- The size of the property for our family was wonderful... We had 20 people... which included 3 toddlers... We enjoyed the layout of the property and its facilities tremendously. There was more than enough room for our whole family to gather and stay. The real estate managers where wonderful... this place had plenty of yard space, pool and it was fenced...and a 5 minute lovely walk to the beach... I wish them the best in the future... We would stay there again in-spite of what we thought were little challenges... hopefully some or all of those can change... Thank you

Great holiday house

Stayed here for a week and the house was really well stocked with cutlery, utensils, pots/pans, containers, batteries etc. Fitted 4 families comfortably (14 people). Have to say the queen bed & pillows upstairs were too soft, they were so uncomfortable. Short walk to the beach & shops. Was disappointed with the fishing, thought theyā€™d be plentiful but perhaps it was the wrong time of year (September). Beautiful meals at the bowls club, local fish n chips, bakery & cafes. The IGA had everything else you need at really good prices too. Great place to stay.
