Great view and beach access. We loved the swimming pool. Bedrooms don't have any windows so the only view is in the living room.

We had a fabulous stay!! The room was great, the host was attentive and kept me up to date through emails. The view and location couldnā€™t have been any better! The salt water pool was warm and fantastic to swim in. The kids loved all the fun things in the kids pool area. We were centrally located to all the sites in town. I would definitely stay there again!

Some nice elements in the apartment and a wonderful beach few from the balcony. On the downside much of the building and some apartments, we heard from other guests, were not well cleaned. There is no secure WiFi in the building or the apartment- that is a real concern. The rental agent was very helpful and responsive.

Condo review

Upon arrival entry was straight forward however be sure to complete the identification process to not have any delays. When unpacking itā€™s a small wrap around area where parking is limited on time and spots so this makes you feel a little rushed. Actual parking is right across the street and plentiful. We didnā€™t see parking passes so we used the other recommendations to just write out the info and sit in window and this sufficed. However initial dies make you worry if it will be official enough and get towed. When traveling thatā€™s the last thing you want to be concerned about.As for as the room. The entry to hotel was an eyesore and outdated

Disappointed to say the least

We checked in really late on our first night. The description on how to get in is a little fuzzy but we figured it out after going across the street to see the manager on site. Once we get into the building and get everything into the suite it looks pretty clean from the overall look of it. We have bumpers for the bed so our toddler does not fall off and I lifted the sheets to put those under, the sheets had stains on them and after lifting them and seeing the mattress protector I was absolutely appalled. I have attached a picture for you to see yourself. I waited till the morning when they reached out to see how things were going to mention anything. I let them know about the stains and then the mattress protector how dirty it was. They said they would get house keeping over to us to get new sheets. The email you receive says that if its passed 7pm they wont be there until the next morning. But when notified it was the morning it took them over 48 hours to get us new sheets and me having to complain numerous times for them to literally drop sheets off on the bed and leave. They didnt put them on and they didnt even bring a new mattress protector which was the diritest part of it. We will not be staying here again. We paid good money and were just expecting it to be clean at the very least. The pool inside was super cloudy from the chlorine but the outside pool was heated and very nice. Kids area isnt heated so it was chilly some days but overall pretty nice outside.

Amazing vacation

Check in was a breeze, condo waa beautiful and as described in the ad. Beautiful views and close to giff shops, museums, beach and restaurants. The owners were awesome ans checked in to make sure our stay was a great vacation and experience.

Misleading/Communication Issues

Check in process was a nightmare, Big Fish Realtor demanded identity verification that would put one at risk of a breach. I tried several times to work with someone to verify I was the person booking and was unsuccessful. Finally the Host called back and sent a maintenance worker to my room at 11:30pm to verify who is was. I will never rent a property listed with Big Fish. Now the room, deceiving - in serious need of paint, the floor had so much sand when we arrived, no carpet in the living room space and the laminate on the cabinet was damaged and peeling off. Big Fish Realty threatened to charge fees/penalties for damages so I suggest taking pictures to protect yourself.

Not as advertised

First of all let me say that we are not a picky family but cleanliness is super important to us. We picked this condo because has recent reviews was on how clean it was and that was not the case. The walls was disgusting. It looked like people spit on them on certain spots, dirty handprints everywhere, paint missing off walls. The finish was peeling off the cabinets, the floors left your feet black, the furniture was so tore up with rips and gross looking. It is advertised for 8 people but their kitchen was not set up for that. we had a 1 skillet that was the size of my hand, no pans at all l, and lots of pots. When you are a family of 7 it is very hard to cook with a very small skillet. Some of the food we had bought to cook got wasted because we had nothing to cook it In. The beds were very uncomfortable. My husband did message them when we first got there and sent pictures of what we walked into and their response was that they noted it on file. The positives wasā€¦..the bathrooms were clean, the parking was decent, centrally located to everything. We would never stay at that condo again.
