Spectacular views from this absolute beach front property with private stairway to the beach. Watch the waves rolling in from the ocean facing master bedroom, either of the two decks or sit out on the cliff top viewing platform with a glass of wine at dusk watching the whales and dolphins pass by.

The property is split level with the kitchen and large dining room on the lower level. The dining table seats 10 and opens through folding doors onto an ocean facing deck. There are three bedrooms and lounge room with Smart TV half a floor up on the middle level. Top floor parent's retreat on the upper level facing the ocean. This level has a master bedroom, ensuite, private lounge room with Smart T.V, wet bar and folding doors opening onto a full length deck.

There are many places from which you can enjoy the breath taking views including the two full length decks, the viewing platform, the various platforms breaking the private stairway to the beach, or even from bed in the master bedroom. This really is the closest thing to being on the beach.
Please note This property is not suitable for young children as the property is on a cliff face

Beautiful views and beach access within easy reach of Bermagui Centre

It's a magnificent property that has lots of room for a large family and had great beach access and views. We had a great stay over three nights and found the home very relaxing and also convenient for seeing the local sights of Bermagui. We'll be back again!

Great spot

Great spot to enjoy the beach, views and very close to all the restaurants and shops. Very relaxing accommodation - and while it's a little bit dated it's got a great architecture. Not great for crawling infants as it's hard to stop them from going up and down the stairs.

Excellent weekend

Lovely place in a lovely location. Watching the sunrise over the ocean from in bed was amazing. The place is getting a bit run down. The girls were not able to shut the back door and it required a bit of effort from myself. All the obvious surfaces were clean but there was a fair build up of grime and cobwebs on top of all fittings like lights etc. And it would have nice to look at the beautiful view through clean windows. These small things do ultimately detract from the overall experience

The property isn't luxurious but the location and views are spectacular. There was unfortunately a really bad fishy smell that didn't shift from the kitchen during our stay.

Wildlife watching

We really enjoyed watching all the Whales, Dolphins and seals and the great access to the beach. Bed linens were divine and the kitchen thoroughly stocked with great equipment. Just a problem with the overwhelming smell of wet small dog when we first arrived. Especially in the kitchen dining area. We brought scented candles and with a thorough window opening the smell dissipated but it wasnā€™t the best first impression. Especially considering the price we were paying. Garage was really handy for the car.

Great house and location

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for two families. Very comfortable and easy to settle into. The views are spectacular. We are staying again next April.

Great location but house needs some maintenance

Perfect location and mostly a very well appointed house. However, needs some maintenance of Windows and blinds especially in the west facing smaller bedrooms. Currently most blinds are broken and therefore the house was difficult to ventilate and also couldn't enjoy the views / daylight from all the bedrooms. For the price we paid, we expect fully functioning Windows / blinds in all rooms. Many Windows had really small openings and not much air flow through them on hot summer nights.

Great location, comfortable and clean house

Enjoyed our stay, lovely house, great view and access to the beach below., nice clean sheets, comfy beds and soft towels. Driveway is a little steep and windy, there was what sounded like a possum in the roof that kept us awake (this was reported to the agent) but all in all we were very happy with this house.
