Double garage, room for pets with a large fully enclosed backyard & convenient to shops, beaches, the golf course, cafes & Bermagui's attractions. Kitchen: Open plan modern kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove/ electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, Coffee pod machine & kettle. Large breakfast bar with 2 stools. Child gate at the top of the stairs.
Bathroom: Shower, vanity, separate toilet
Outdoor: Upstairs- Outdoor dining setting. 2 lounge chairs with table. Generous deck with beautiful views of the surrounding areas including the ocean and Gulaga.
Living Room: Open plan living room with wall mounted tv, large comfortable lounge to seat 6.
Study nook: With Wi-fi, desk space and desktop ready for guest use. Utilise this space during working holidays., you will never want to leave!
Downstairs Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, bedside tables, lamps, dresser, heater, built in wardrobe
Bedroom 4: Tri Bunk, bedside table, built in wardrobe, heater.
Bathrooms: Shower, vanity, bath, separate toilet
Laundry: Includes top loading washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board
Downstairs - Under cover, alfresco with outdoor setting, outdoor hanging chair, fully fenced secure back yard with seating.
Living Room: Separate living room, 3 seater, 2 seater and single lounge. Wall mounted TV, coffee table and TV buffet.
Reverse cycle air conditioning.
Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle air-conditioning in main living areas, upstairs & downstairs
BBQ: - Located on the deck.
Internet/WiFi access - This property provides complimentary WiFi and password details will be provided in your arrival letter. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. Therefore, if important, please have a back-up plan.
Parking: Ample car parking, double garage with internal access.
Boat Parking: Plenty of room for boat parking on purpose-built gravel driveway
Pets: Pets welcome outside only. Fully fenced. Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately. Any damages or excess cleaning fee's will be charged to the guest our Pet Policy must be followed.

The property was a really nice family home. Beds are really comfortable but take your own pillow if you don't like big, high ones.

Lovely house, great size, very comfortable, well furnished with pretty much everything you need. Two families fit easily and the kids had lots of space to play. We had a wonderful time. Loved the fire pit and that it was pet friendly was such a bonus, we love having our dog with us on holiday. Thank you for having us, it was such a special week!

Great house and holiday
Lovely new property with all the little thoughtful touches. Very clean and lots of instructions throughout. Great for two families with second tv room and bathrooms on both levels. We had great weather and a relaxing holiday.

A delightful house to stay in - sparkling clean, extremely well stocked kitchen, delightful ocean views from the back of the property and kangaroos in the front of the property.Excellent security for our dog to stay in the back garden.Everything we needed was there.
