Location & luxury combine to make this Wailea Ekolu condo a perfect home away from home. Only minutes from Maui’s best beaches, high-end shopping, popular restaurants & world renowned golf courses. This gorgeous condo is well-appointed with all the comforts of home, made exceptional by large spectacular views of the ocean, the West Maui Mountains, & the beautiful Wailea Blue Golf Course.

More like a home than a condo, this is the largest floor plan the complex has to offer & one of the few units with two levels. The two-story setup is perfect for families or friends traveling together offering a great separation of space between the living areas & the bedrooms. The upstairs & downstairs floors are connected by a central staircase, but also have their own front entrances, which makes for convenient access to each level.

We have Split A/C systems upstairs & in both bedrooms. The new system has three units, all controlled by separate remotes allowing guests to customize the temperature in each space to meet their needs.

The upper level is designed for both relaxing & entertaining, featuring an open great room floor plan with high cathedral ceilings in the living, dining & kitchen areas. The kitchen boasts granite counter tops, high end appliances & is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare fabulous meals. The living room features a high quality queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests, a large flat screen TV & entertainment center. This room opens up onto an upper level lanai where you will find plenty of seating & sweeping views.

The ground level features two spacious bedrooms that are tastefully furnished, both with direct access to the lower lanai through large sliding glass doors. Perfect for enjoying the Hawaiian breeze, lounging with your coffee in the morning, or relaxing before bedtime. The master bedroom boasts a king bed & en-suite bath. The second bedroom has two queen beds & a guest bath just down the hall. Both the master & guest bathrooms feature large walk-in showers & vessel sinks.

This condo has all the amenities you will need for your vacation, high speed wi-fi internet, beach supplies, DVDs, you name it. We have tried to think of everything possible for you to enjoy your stay with us.

The complex offers a relaxing residential feel with tropical landscaping throughout & lots of tranquility. It also boasts 2 swimming pools & an ocean-view picnic/barbeque area.

When you stay at Wailea Ekolu, you will find everything at your fingertips! From beaches, dining, shopping, lounging and many other Maui activities. There is plenty to choose from & everything is easily accessible. World famous Wailea golf courses, the Wailea Tennis Club & the Shops at Wailea are only moments away!

We travel together with our family a lot and enjoyed a this beautiful two story, spacious condo that is well decorated ,very clean , quiet and has a lot of amenities. 4 adults looking to get away and enjoy the beauty of Maui in Wailea. Close to The Shops at Wailea for dinner /lunch options and close to Wailea and Makena beaches. This was our first experience staying with a VRBO property and We were very pleasantly surprised with the level of care and excellence and details in the condo. Laundry , dish , hands soap etc, a starter coffee . We felt very safe in this location.

This was a perfect place in Maui for our family of 6 adults and one child. Not only was it spacious, we really appreciated having two levels to separate the sleeping quarters from the cooking/hanging out area. Kitchen was clean, free of pests, and had a helpful assortment of cooking, storage, and meal prep amenities. The comfortable beds and bedding, extra pillows, blankets, and towels made us feel at home. Loved the eclectic artwork as well as the excellent book and fun DVD selection. Wish we had more time to enjoy it all! Beach umbrellas, coolers, boogie board, and numerous beach chairs were very helpful. Quiet location never felt too far from beaches or a quick trip into Kihei. The view from the deck was priceless. Communication with hosts was excellent. We were extremely happy with our experience and stay. Thank you!

Memories in Maui

This unit was a perfect location for easy access to beach, shopping and entertainment. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking supplies. The most impressive was a rice cooker as we are Filipino and so rice is a staple in our meals. We came here with my parents and my sister and her family as a group of 7 which comfortably fit us all. The lanai on the first floor was perfect for morning coffee and solitude but not to be out done by the second floor lanai with views of the ocean and a perfect place for dinner and drinks. The grounds are peaceful with easy parking. The beds are soft and comfortable. The Host spared no detail as there are abundance of cleaning supplies, laundry soaps, towels, and beach gear, general vibe is Zen. Some things to consider staying here that can be challenging:1. If you have physical barriers or wheel chair bound it is difficult to access the common area on second floor. My parents are in their 80s and although they still get around pretty well, the stairs in the condo are narrow and the steps riser height (the height of each step) is high. Use those rails and don’t rush! 2. The location is a lil tricky to find but we were lucky to have a groundskeeper nearby to direct to the correct section of units. The Wailea Ekolu is an expansive property so a tip to find this place is using Spoon and Key Market as your land mark, you are in the right direction.Over all, my family had the most amazing vacation in Maui and this home was perfect!

Maui Vacation

First time to Maui. We were told that Kihei was a good place to stay and we weren’t disappointed. Nice little unit with everything you need in the kitchen and beds were comfortable with good air conditioning.

Reviewer Comments: My family loves the Ekolu village - this was the first time we stayed at this specific unit and it did NOT disappoint (much better than a different Ekolu unit we stayed in the year before).The view is incredible, we loved the furniture, overall design, pool & bbq areas! The property management team was very supportive in providing extra supplies, replacing a couple of amenities, and supporting every ounce of our stay right away when it was needed. We are so thankful for such an incredible stay and look forward to returning again soon! Highly recommend this rental! Thank you so much!

Perfect Maui Retreat!

It’s in a quiet community and yet close to the beaches, golf, shopping and dining of Wailea. The views from the balconies to the ocean are amazing as you relax in the ocean breeze. The sitting in the living area and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous and stocked with everything you need to cook if you desire. The Safeway is only 8 min away. The air conditioning and WIFI were exceptional. They also provide beach chairs, beach towels, some snorkeling gear, and coolers to help you enjoy your beach experience. (15 min walk to Wailea Beach). If I am blessed to return to Maui, I would love to stay here again! Highly recommend!

Nice area. Needs new washer dryer- terrible. Sheets and pillows old and standard hotel grade. Toilet upstairs works but makes lots of noise- probably something wrong. Expensive for area.

Great view

My family along with my sister’s family stayed here with 8 people in total. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with the whales in the ocean. The vip group was great with responding to all our comments and concerns. When we had an issue with the air conditioner they sent a repairman to fix it. There were lots of dvds and some puzzles/games to complete in the evenings.

Beautiful Sunsets

We enjoyed our time here. The views are amazing! The condo is spacious. Very nice place to stay. The one problem I had was that the bed was too high for me to get into without using a step stool.

Beautiful condo in amazing locality

Condo is very beautiful and the ocean view from balcony is just amazing. Sitting in the balcony at sunset is a wonderful experience. Very close to shops restaurants beaches etc... Loved it!

Incredible property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was amazing and perfect for our trip. I came to Maui with my 3 children, my best friend and her 3 kids. The home was very welcoming and beds were incredibly comfortable. One thing I noticed was the floors were not clean. We took off our shoes at the door as requested in the house rules and all ended up with black feet we had to wash prior to getting into any beds or putting on socks for the day. I would suggest if wanting to keep this rule, the floors be mopped immediately before guest check in. The washer and dryer came in handy during our stay. Our kids loved the pool and the beach equipment provided was so helpful! The AC units were a bit finicky, but we did manage to figure out how to work them. We used the kitchen and dining sets for most meals. The patio was great for having family meals. We all felt very safe at the property. Thank you for allowing us to stay with you!

Family Getaway in Maui

Perfect for our family of 7. Couldn’t have been a better location ideally located between all the major sites and a short walk to great dining, shopping and beaches. We slept well, had a great kitchen and beautiful views from the patio and balcony. Definitely want to come back

Views were good, however a lot of construction noise is going on right in front of the condo. Took away from the peacefulness of vacation. Absolutely no toiletries at all !

Beautiful!

My teen/tween daughters and I stayed here and loved it! Something for everyone. I loved the lanai. My little one loved the grassy knoll outside, my teen loved the proximity to the shops and cafes. Short walk to all the great stuff in Wailea and great view of Molokini. Would love to come back!

But there a few things missing; no shower mats for the floor, no pool towels. And wash cloths were hung where there should have been hand towels. I went and bought shower mats as it was slippery to step out wet onto the tile floor. The property management never responded about a kaamaina rate or a later check out.
