All baths feature full tile work, large mirrors, granite countertops, and upgraded lighting/fixtures.In addition to the upgrades below, all bedrooms include ceiling fans and individual closets.

The kitchen is connected right to the living room and has plenty of room for mingling. Sip your morning coffee or catch the afternoon breeze with the hustle and bustle of town being the perfect distance away. There are 3 huge balconies on the house (2 in front, 1 overlooking the pool), so there`s lots of space for all times of day. Outdoor ceiling fans throughout and a great coastal vibe add to the experience!

The living room and kitchen area in the house is one that brings together everyone! Huge, open, and inviting, it`s all the details that make the difference.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that stretches over 15` overlooking the living and dining area.

The spacious design, high ceilings, laminate flooring, and great detail work are just a few of the touches that make the room so inviting. There is also a large balcony on two floors.

The crowning feature of the home`s exterior is the beautiful fenced in Paradise Pool Area. Grill out `burgers and dogs` pool side and enjoy the convenience of our poolside bar area. The pool is the perfect compliment to the sand and ocean waves. You can relax in privacy and comfort and not even have to leave the deck to grab a cold drink. You`ll also be able to wash off any sand in our fully enclosed outdoor shower.

On the first floor there is a junior living room with balcony access, a utility room with full size washer and dryer, and three large bedrooms including the primary.
The primary bedroom has beautiful coiffured ceilings, balcony access with a pool view, and a beautiful primary bathroom with a jetted Jacuzzi tub, double vanity, and full size shower.

The second bedroom has front balcony access (shares a 11`x35` balcony) as well as a private bathroom and stand up shower. The third bedroom has its own separate access to that balcony as well as a private entrance to the large hall bathroom. This bathroom has a large garden tub and shower as well as a double vanity.

On the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms and the large living, dining and kitchen area.

One bedroom on this floor has a vaulted ceiling and large picture windows, one of which overlooks the pool. This bedroom`s private bathroom has a huge stand up shower with dual shower heads and a double vanity - perfect for a couple! The second bedroom on this floor has a vaulted ceiling as well, while the private bath for this bedroom has a garden tub and shower combo.

It overlooks the pool as well. Finally, there`s an additional half bath specifically for the kitchen/living/dining area.  The downstairs bedrooms have balconies overlooking the pool while the upstairs bedrooms have a view of the pool and back yard as well.

Whether your group consists of avid golfers or die-hard beach goers, or family friends looking to reunite, this home is the perfect choice with something for everyone!

House Rules
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
