We had such a great time - we were so happy to bring our dogs on our vacation!We walked to Main Street everyday and the house was perfect for us!

Great stay

House was close to Main St Hyannis (10 min walk). House was roomy and very accommodating for a family of 5 or more. Easy to get to and close to all attractions and ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Dog friendly home.

Cozy home close to everything!

Our family enjoyed staying at the home. It was close to shopping, the beach, and great restaurants. We would definitely recommend to a friend!

Handy spot for Thanksgiving gathering

Great location near the center of Hyannis, and a fenced backyard to make the dogs happy! This is our second year here. :)

Amazing Cape weekend!!

We had a great stay in John’s lovely house on the Cape! We had so much fun for the 4th of July weekend. It was a great location, walkable to town with great shops and restaurants. A lovely beach down the road and the space was everything we needed! Great backyard for hanging out playing yard games and grilling. John was super communicative and kind, getting into the house was a breeze. I would definitely recommend staying in this house with friends or family!

Property was clean and allowed 3 dogs which we needed and appreciated. Details included 325 pet fee but was not specific in that it was per pet until the day before check in. We would have canceled at that point were it not for excited grandbabies looking forward to the trip. Pots & pans were rusty. I did find two I could use but had to wash them first. Wine glass was covered with brown spots & lipstick marks, so again had to wash before using. Pamphlets about area activities would have been helpful if they were not from 2023, same withe the oil in kitchen cupboards that expired in the same year. One bed was so uncomfortable that couple in that room never got a good night's sleep, essentially forcing us to leave the property a day earlier than planned. Could be the "charming summer home" claimed with a little care to details.

As always we do appreciate the feedback! That way we can get it right next time!! ;) We are sorry you had over looked our listing were it does specify that there is a pet fee for each dog. As we had mentioned prior to your stay, that we are charged by the Cleaning Company for the cleaning of the 3 dogs at the home. The Cleaning Company cleans the home with hypoallergenic filters in there vacuums etc.. thoroughly so that there isn't any pet hair or pet oders left behind! We have also replaced the mattress that appeared to be uncomfortable. We wish you would have told us about the mattress While you were at the Cape home. We would of had a Brand New One brought in for you!! Thanks again for giving us the opportunity to Host your stay here on Cape Cod! We do hope you have a Safe and Happy Summer!

Cape vacation

Location is ok walking distance to Main St, Hyannis is very convenient. Property is in fair condition could use some updating of furnishings and basic kitchen tools. Beds are in need of replacing as well as living room couches. Seating for 4 and a picnic table is ok but would be great to have additional seating in the yard for the firepit. Also it would be good to let renters know that beach parking is $25 a day without a weekly pass.

Thank you for your feedback we've replaced the beds and couches 🙂 also added more seating in the backyard! Not all beaches are $25 a day for parking! There are several beaches in the area near the home that are accessible without parking fees!

Covid Wedding Re-do

Great location to downtown and all the other locations for our daughters wedding weekend events. Clean, cute house with everything you needed. Although a bit dated the house suited our needs well. Back deck was nice to hang out on and relax.

Perfect!

Location! Location! Location! A pleasant walk to Main Street shopping and restaurants and a short drive to Kalmus Beach. We couldn't have been happier with the cottage. It was neat as a pin and had everything we could want for a comfortable and definitely relaxing stay. The fenced in backyard was a huge plus for our dog and she loved Kalmus Beach. Will recommend to friends!

Great property, awesome yard for the dogs. Would definitely stay again. We had a great time.

Played cards on the patio and grilled dinner. Walked downtown to eat. All around great enjoyable stay.
