The Space:

Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Margaret River region at this stylish countryside retreat set on four acres of serene landscape. Unwind in the open-plan living area, sink into the L-shaped sofa, and watch your favourite shows by the slow-combustion wood heater. Escape to the theatre room with leather sofas and a wall-mounted TV for a late-night movie. During winter months, a small amount of firewood is provided for the fireplace, with additional firewood available for purchase at local service stations and hardware stores.



Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring high-end European appliances and an oversized island—ideal for a casual breakfast. Gather around the wooden table for eight, sharing meals while soaking in views of lush greenery. Catch up on emails or plan your days in the hidden computer nook behind the kitchen.



The expansive deck features a dining table for eight and a BBQ, setting the scene for leisurely feasts. As night falls, sip a glass of local wine on the rear deck with its festoon lighting, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Run, play, and explore the green lawn, wooded area and paddock, ideal for a friendly game of cricket or footy with your group.



Drift into restful sleep across four serene bedrooms, each designed for relaxation and privacy, with full block-out blinds (installed in 2025) ensuring uninterrupted rest. Recharge in the primary suite, boasting a queen bed, walk-in robe, and an ensuite with a double vanity and shower—perfect for a peaceful morning routine. Two other bedrooms invite you to rest on a queen bed, while another provides a set of two singles—ideal for friends or family. Indulge in a soothing soak in the bathtub or refresh under the shower in the additional bathroom. Keep things effortless with a washer and dryer, ensuring you stay prepared for every adventure.



Enjoy a selection of books and board games, or challenge your group to a game of table tennis or darts for hours of fun. Your comfort is assured with ducted air conditioning throughout. Free on-site parking is available.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Start your day with a fresh brew at General Store and Café, just a seven-minute drive. For brunch, drive eight minutes to Barnyard1978 for duck confit and fine wine, or continue a little further to Lamont’s for Modern Australian dishes before strolling along the golden shore of Smiths Beach nearby. Reach Ngilgi Cave in seven minutes to explore ancient limestone formations, then cool off at the nearby lagoon. Discover Yallingup’s hidden gems with a nine-minute drive to The Aquarium, a natural rock pool perfect for snorkelling. Venture a little further to Injidup Natural Spa, where waves crash into the lagoon, creating a mesmerising spa-like effect. Explore the best of Margaret River's wineries, with Cape Naturaliste Vineyard, Marri Wood Park, and Credaro Family Estate, all within eight minutes.



Getting Around:

Parking: There are two free parking spots available in the driveway.



Airport: 33 minutes drive from Busselton Margaret River Airport.



Public Transport: There are no public transport options nearby.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.





A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Please note that infants must be included in your TOTAL guest count, in compliance with the city regulations and STRA licensing.
