Stepping into this countryside retreat, you’ll instantly feel at ease. Set on 52 acres of private land in the heart of the Margaret River wine region’s ‘Golden Triangle,’ this property combines tranquillity with unparalleled access to local attractions—including the beach, parklands and walking tracks.

Inside, the chalet has been thoughtfully designed with fine furnishings and unique touches, including a baby grand piano. The welcoming lounge is perfect for relaxation by the log-burning fire, while the well-equipped kitchen ensures you have everything needed to whip up meals at home. Dine inside or step out to the spacious veranda stretching the front of the chalet to enjoy an alfresco meal while soaking up sweeping views of the dam and countryside. A BBQ grill caters to summer cook-ups, while a fire pit encourages nights cosied up under the stars.

The home offers three welcoming bedrooms, each with a private ensuite for added comfort and convenience. The primary and second bedrooms feature queen beds, while the third bedroom includes two single beds—ideal for families or friends. The primary ensuite includes a bathtub for a relaxing soak; please note that the spa function is not operational.

Additional amenities include in-unit laundry, ample driveway parking and WiFi to ensure connectivity.

Charlie Bravo Chalet is perfectly positioned in Wilyabrup, the heart of the Margaret River wine region’s ‘Golden Triangle.’ Stroll to Black Brewing Co. (650m), Cherubino Wines (1.2km), Frui Momento (900m), and Stormflower Vineyard (1.1km). For the more adventurous, Domain Naturaliste (3km), Carpe Diem (3.3km), and Bootleg Brewery (5km) are a short drive away.

Just five minutes from Moses Rock’s surf and fishing spots, the chalet also offers access to the Cape to Cape walking track. Beautiful beaches like Yallingup (15 minutes), Gracetown (10 minutes), and Prevelly (24 minutes) are within easy reach, as are the vibrant towns of Margaret River and Yallingup.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
