The Space:

Piper is a contemporary sanctuary for families, perfectly positioned to take in breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding bushland. The open-plan living area features elegant seating, a cosy wood-burning fireplace, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. A smart TV and high-speed WiFi ensure entertainment and connectivity.



The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek cabinetry, stone benchtops, a 900mm oven with gas hotplates, and a Nespresso machine, making it ideal for preparing gourmet meals. The dining area, with its large wooden table, opens directly to the outdoor deck, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Step outside to an expansive covered deck, complete with a BBQ, comfortable seating, and uninterrupted lake views. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a beach day.



Four well-appointed bedrooms each offer their own charm. The primary and second bedrooms each offer a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom for added privacy. The third bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, while the fourth is perfect for children, with two bunk beds. A third shared bathroom serves bedrooms three and four with a bathtub and shower.



A dedicated laundry area with a washer and dryer adds convenience. Parking is available on-site.



A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.



Several of our holiday homes are located close together in the same area just off Caves Road, centred around a peaceful lake. This makes them ideal for larger groups or families travelling together, allowing guests to stay nearby while still enjoying their own space. Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Whether you’re indulging in world-class wine, enjoying farm-to-table dining, or simply relaxing by the lake, Piper places you in the heart of it all.



Getting Around:

Parking: Ample parking is provided on the driveway.



Airport: Margaret River Airport is a 39-minute drive away.



Public transport: There are no public transport options nearby.
