Riviera Retreat - Exclusive Escapes. 4 bed 2.5 bath 2-storey Dunsborough beach house

This is a large, modern holiday home comprising of four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Please note: Construction on the property next door has commenced, some disturbances throughout this process can be expected. The property rates reflect this potential.

There is air-conditioning for the Living Room, the Living/Dining Room and all of the upstairs bedrooms.

Upstairs you'll find the ensuite master bedroom with king-sized bed, a second bedroom with king-sized bed and TV, and a third bedroom with 2 singles. All enjoy personal balconies with ocean views. The fourth bedroom located downstairs contains a queen bed. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom downstairs.

Downstairs finds you in a spacious open plan airconditioned living/dining area that will make entertaining easy.

With a beautifully appointed kitchen, cooking for guests will be a pleasure. The airconditioned living area is huge with a large flat screen TV.

This wonderful area opens up to the outdoor entertaining space with BBQ and large alfresco dining table. The fourth bedroom is also down here with a queen bed.

The backyard is lovely with a lush green grass and a smattering of shady trees; perfect for eating breakfast whilst listening to the birds and feeling the sultry ocean breezes.

The location of the house is superb with beaches, cycle path and kids playgrounds all on your doorstep. Unfortunately, boats, jetskis and trailers are not permitted at this property due to parking restrictions.

Please note: This property includes all linen and towels.

Sadly, the fire in the main lounge is not for use however, you are welcome to use the other fire in the smaller lounge/ dining area for your stay.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
