This elegant three-storey home is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertainment. The inviting main living area features modern décor, warm timber floors, plush seating, and a cosy yet stylish atmosphere equipped with a 55-inch LED TV, heating and cooling, and board games. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a private patio with a ten-seater table, a BBQ, and lush garden surroundings—perfect for alfresco meals. The indoor dining space centres the open-plan layout and the fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas cooktop, coffee machine, and ample counter space, making meal prep a breeze. Note: The fireplace is purely decorative and not functional. On this level, you’ll also find laundry facilities and a powder room for the group’s convenience.

On the first floor, three beautifully appointed bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed, a full ensuite,  TV, and air conditioning. The spacious primary suite includes a private balcony with outdoor seating overlooking peaceful views through Peppermint trees and a luxurious ensuite with dual sinks, offering a tranquil retreat. One of the ensuite bathrooms also features a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring.
