We have a library of 1000 Novels which can keep you busy if you like reading books. If you are a family we can provide multiple bedrooms along with free WIFI. Usually we accommodate 1 to 3 guests but if you are a family we have capacity to accommodate up to 4-5 guests.

POSH LOCATION AND GREAT VALUE

This is one of the TOP location location location for living in Dubai most desired areas of central Dubai. The per day price quoted is so very competitive that if you rent unfurnished studio apartment in this location for 1 year contract you may still have to pay a more than double price due to the TOP location. This place is in the heart of Dubai, at the price quoted this is great money value as it is located in the only the posh locations of central Dubai. The apartment rents are the highest in this location but you are getting this room at the cheapest price this may surprise you as the owner just doing this for interest to meet people from different parts of the world. If you want live at place with best public transport connectivity, good and economical food, 5 mins from World Trade Center and DIFC and on top a good host who is caring then this is the best place to stay. This is by far the best location for connectivity within Dubai.

CONNECTIVITY

In 15 mins you can reach Dubai international airport via metro which is located 200m from the house.
Just under the house you catch direct bus for Knowledge Village and Academic City, Silicon Valley and Dubai Museum or Meena Bazaar.
Very near the house catch the metro or direct Bus to reach within 5 to 10 mins to World trade center (WTC), Emirates Tower, DIFC (Dubai Financial Center), Dubai Mall.
You have direct metro to popular areas like JBR, The Marina Walk.
From near by bus stops you can travel intercity by Bus to Abu Dhabi city, Sharjah city
Near by bus stop take you direct to Dubai Maktoum Airport or Global village by bus from nearby bus stops. There is a direct metro from here to Dubai International Airport.

The restaurants in this place are awesome and open till late night, you can get a good value meal for under 6 dollars, nearby to the home at walking distance are more 300 restaurants which are highly rated and also economical.

The Dubai hop on hop off Big Bus starts just 5 mins walk away. All Desert Safari companies will pick you up from standard stop 3 min walk away. At walking distance are shopping markets nearby for shopping.

PRICE VALUE

Current Price of our rooms is already offered at 50% discount comparing with room price in same month last year. Airbnb smart price recommendations for my property is 50% higher so they think I should be charging double of the my listed price. Also you should be aware that a super host is guaranteed quality because you cannot be a super host until more than 95% of our guests rate you 5 star , this is not easy, only the quality places survive this test. You may already be aware the room price quoted by hotels incur taxes equivalent to 27%, this make our room price extreme value for money. You should know when you see a hotel price online it does not include 10 % City tax, 10 % Municipality fee, AED 10. to 20 Tourism fee per night and service fee which you have to pay over and above the room rate that you see online. Whereas in the case of Airbnb bookings it is made mandatory by govt you will pay room AED. 10-20 Tourism fee depending on rating of the room , this is per night per room charge plus Vat 5% of your bill is common for both airbnb and hotels.

GUEST ACCESSES

Guest will only use the bedroom and toilet, bathroom area of the apartment.
Kitchen usage/cooking facility is not available for the guests, but water filter can be availed in the kitchen. However despite no kitchen access there are Hundreds of Restaurants and Supermarkets within 1-5 mins walk
Building Facilities like parking/ Swimming pool are not available for the guests.

ABOUT THE ROOMS

• All bedrooms are fully furnished Rooms with twin bed and wardrobes but bedroom 2 with black furniture the twin beds can be joined to make a king size double bed for couples. If you the medicated bed is too hard for you request your hosts to provide a cotton mattress to be placed on top of medicated mattress this can be done on request.

• Central AC is generally on room temperature there is no AC from 15 Novmeber to 15 February. Likewise there is no hot water geyser necessary during summer months as taps are running hot water due to hot weather outside.
• Room cleaning services are provided free daily except Friday, you will not lock the room when you go outside so cleaner can clean the room daily. Room cleaning takes place daily between 5pm and 9pm.
• Unless you are booking 4 guests you will not get both the bedrooms. So if you require both bedrooms you need to specifically select 4 guests in your booking request or inform the host.

ROOM CHECK IN PROCESS

• Guests must provide your passport copy during check in to verify the identification.
•Guests need to provide refundable security deposit amount USD 150 or AED. 500 during/before checkin for the keys to the house. Which will be refunded when you check out and return the house keys. If you plan to come at odd hours and during office house to the room better you take a key by paying the refundable deposit. But if your stay period exceeds 10 days we may request a higher refundable security deposit upto AED. 3700 or USD. 1000 from you. Incase host has provision for doorman at the premises suring your stay, you can ring the door bell and the door will be opened for you.
•The guest must check the room upon arrival should there be anything broken guest must inform immediately. Any damages found in wardrobe drawers or doors or handles in the room by customer will be responsibility of the guest.

WIFI

• Shared High Speed Wi-Fi Internet (Browsing and VOIP calls only allowed).
• Wifi Password is kept in the room
• Downloading huge files and movies on wifi is not permitted .
• VOIP Calls usage is permitted on the internet.

WASHING MACHINE

Washing Machine usage available at additional cost. Charge for single wash cycle upto 5kg is AED 60 or USD 17. Check with host before operating the water filter and washing machine.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

• Laundry Services is 3rd party & we need to call them by phone when needed. They usually take 2 days to return the clothes back but if you go and deliver and take back the clothes you can get it back in 1 day, the laundry shop is just few mins walk from home. We don t take any responsibility for 3rd party laundry services. Charge will be paid to 3rd party direct.

CIGARETTES

• Smoking is not permitted in the house, but you could smoke in the balcony but do NOT throw cigarette buds from the balcony on to the street.
