This truly spectacular house is perfect for a family get together or a relaxing retreat. Relax amongst the trees with the gentle sea breeze and sound of the ocean, the beach at your back door. Or pop up onto your roof deck for sunset drinks on the Mediterranean style sun beds and look around over your 360 degrees of endless ocean, white beach and mountain views. On the entry level there is a very large lounge, dining area with a chefs kitchen, all open plan that opens to a BBQ entertainers deck that overlooks the pool area with the newest state of the art spa.
Ground level includes a queen bedroom, games room and bunk bed room. A large indoor outdoor bathroom jack and jills between the bedrooms. On the upper level there is a master bedroom with ensuite and a king bedroom with bathroom. on the rooftop there is a martini bar that has 360 degree views of the ocean to the mountains so you can enjoy the sunsets and sunrises.
Bifold doors open up to the deck area that has an entertainers bbq and bench seating as well as a fire pit/ ice holder for chilly winter nights or hot summers day get togethers.

Enjoy having your own private walkway to one of Queensland s most beautiful beaches or just lay beside the resort style pool.
The pantry is well stocked has basic supplies, wifi, Netflix, google chromecast and 2 smart TV s.
There is an easy to use sunbeam coffee machine that uses ground coffee .
There is a beach umbrella and cool cabana with 2 beach chairs for you to take to the beach. A massage table for you to use, or we can arrange a masseuse to come to the house (extra charge applies).
