Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the condo itself nice and appreciated that it was pet-friendly. That said, we’re very sorry the cleanliness was not up to standard when you arrived. The front rug, crumbs in the master bedroom carpet, and beer cans left in a drawer are not acceptable and should have been caught before check-in. We’ll be following up with housekeeping and inspection teams to make sure these areas are addressed more thoroughly. We’re also truly sorry your stay was disrupted by noise from the neighboring guests. Loud music, yelling, banging on walls, and doors slamming late into the night are understandably frustrating, especially when quiet hours are in place from 10:00pm to 8:00am. We understand how disappointing it would be to report the issue and still experience the same disturbance again the following night. We also apologize that security was not reachable when you called. Guest concerns, especially after-hours noise complaints, need to be handled more effectively, and we’ll review this situation with the appropriate team. Thank you again for sharing both the positives and the concerns. We regret that this stay was not the peaceful experience you expected and appreciate the opportunity to address where we fell short.
