This 100% slope side truly Ski-in/Ski-out condo is on Boyneland.
It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Master suite has king bed, the second bedroom has two queen beds, and 3rd bedroom has two queen beds. Newly installed Washer and Dryer. This home does have quite a few steps to get up to the unit. Perfect location to be able to walk to and from the Boyne Mountain Village to enjoy all the activities the resort has to offer.

The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.
Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.
Looking for a Day Trip? Visit Mackinac Island or Sleeping Bear Dunes. These are just a few options during your visit in Northern Michigan!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We had ages 12 weeks to 89 years and there was fun for all. Plenty of space, clean, and so much to do on the property. Thank you for helping us to make such wonderful family memories.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo could have used a carpet cleaning. The floors also need a good scrub. I liked the location, washer and dryer was great to have. I would have liked a different code than housekeeping. Knowing that housekeeping could access the condo while we were that made me uneasy. Price was very expensive.

Breathtaking view! Super convenient

We could not have picked a better place to stay this New Year’s season. It truly is skiing ski out. It was perfectly clean, fully stocked with anything we could think of we needed, office staff was attentive and answered questions immediately when texted and the property was well maintained Down to the amount of shoveling and salting on the steps during the storm

Great fall spot.

The property was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults,3 kids 8,6,3). We used it as a base for going out on fall hikes and bikes in the area. Being on the mountain gave us a quick hike in the mornings to see some beautiful fall colors. The kitchen and family room were a bit small but we weren't actually there much besides making breakfast and sleeping. the one rainy day we had it was plenty comfy to sit and watch movies.

Winter Wonderland!

Fantastic ski in/out on Boyneland. Condo was in excellent condition, extremely clean, and had many convenient items on hand (pots, pans, plasticware, etc.). Property management company was great to work with. Extremely professional and responsive.Would definitely stay here again!

Great Boyne condo

We stayed there for a golf weekend. It’s a very comfortable space, plenty of room for the 4 of us. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Short walk out back door to Boyne Village was awesome.

Boyne Stay

Our week stay was great! The property is a little dated, but super clean, well stocked and within walking distance of Boyne Mountain activities/restaurants. Our boys loved the water park, pools and taking the chair lift to explore the top of the ski hill. Overall a great experience!

Leone Ski weekend

This condo was amazing, spacious, clean, right on Boyneland run(literally 20 ft from the hill). If you stay here you will not want to stay anywhere else! Can’t wait to rent this spot again. Weather was great, but we didn’t let that stop us and skied all weekend!

Boyne Slopeside Location

Great location on the Boyneland beginner run for skiing out to the lifts as well as the view of ski activity. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated convenience items that I find always missing at other rentals such as dishwasher pods, trash liners, small plastic quart bags, foil, and coffee filters. Would suggest orienting the sofa along the staircase wall to view out, removing one lounge chair, and breaking down the table to a seating for 4 for locating at window wall. FYI larger groups, the number this condo sleeps is higher than the number the living/dining space can accommodate. The main living area was perfect for our small party of 3 and we would rent again.
