Welcome to 9 Shoal Bay Beach Apartments, your captivating holiday unit nestled between Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay, NSW. Amid its open plan, air-conditioned living area and two bedrooms that can house up to four guests, the complex also provides a shared inground pool and lift from the parking to your door.

The bedrooms are comfortably laid out, offering space for all guests. The main bedroom has a Queen bed and boasts access to the balcony to allow the natural south easterly breeze to flow through and the second bedroom is an open plan design and provides two single beds.Ā  This unit's bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and the unit flaunts an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and clothes dryer.

The air conditioned, dining/ living area is the heart of the unit, the living area opens out onto the enclosed large balcony which provides outdoor alfresco dining and lounge facilities, the perfect setting for sipping a morning coffee or relaxing afternoon siesta. With a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, stove, and oven, guests have everything they need to prepare and relish their favourite culinary creations.

The unit also comes with a parking space for one vehicle. The impressive locale offers close proximity to the waterfront, perfect for beachside strolls or water sports. Shoal Bay Beach and Little Beach are nearby attractions, adding to your holiday’s picturesque scene. Shoal Bay offers a fantastic range of dining experiences in some of the spectacular restaurants, clubs, bars and cafes or head to Little Beach where you can wine and dine and watch the mesmerizing sunsets of the bay.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Great break

Unit was great close to the beach Big covered in balcony which was wonderful for days The pools needs a railing to help older people get in and out. Otherwise could not fault it.

Amazing Place and Vacation Spot

Beautiful location with a 5 minute walk to the stunning Shoal Bay beach. When we vacationed we barely used our car, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable inside, beds are great. Big beautiful balcony for having dinner and drinks with friends. We really had a fantastic time when we vacationed here would definitely recommend to others, we will definitely be coming back.
