The open plan living, and dining areas is tiled throughout, this area opens out onto the open courtyard with views overlooking the pool and gorgeous established gardens, imagine sitting back,relaxing and taking in the tranquillity and birdlife that surrounds you. The unit provides a flat screen TV and DVD player, a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer and complete cooking facilities.
Three great size bedrooms all having ceiling fans and the main having an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity. The second bedroom also provides a ceiling fan and the main bathroom has a bath/ shower overhead, toilet and vanity. The unit provides an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
The Carindale complex is located an easy 850mts walk to Wests Diggers Club or only 800mts to the heart of Nelson Bay where you will find boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants, DAlbora Marina, bars, clubs and Nelson Bay foreshore where all the Dolphin and Whale watch cruises depart from.
Shoal Bay shopping village and beach is only a quick five-minute drive away or a nice 3.4 klm walk along the waters edge. The complex also provides an inground pool, tennis court (byo racquets and balls) and an undercover communal BBQ area, having all this available will certainly keep everyone entertained.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Great family holiday
This property was great for a family with the pool and tennis court being great features, plenty of space for everyone, and a short walk to the heart of the bay. Cleanliness was good too, but there was a bit of dust on paintings and pot plants and the stove wasn't in a great state. But the kitchen and laundry very well equipped. We really enjoyed the outdoor area overlooking the pool - a great spot for afternoon drinks. Overall, a great location and set-up for families.

Wonderful location, well kept property but no wifi, had to take own sheets etc. and towels. Not a hard thing to do, but maybe not what one expects in today's lettings.

Tired accommodation
A very stuffy unit that just didn't breathe. Although we don't use air con in our own place this was dreadful in the heat and we woke with headaches and stuffy noses from the dust stirred up by the fans - that we had to clean before using. Uncomfortable furniture is not what is in the online pics. Place needs a paint, a thorough clean and air flow.

Clean property and good location. Walking distance to Nelson bay and marina. Kids enjoyed the tennis court and pool. I would recommend installing air conditioning in the living area to make it a more pleasant stay.

Nelson Bay Stay
Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this property. It was conveniently located between Nelson Bay & Shoal Bay. Good amenities including tennis court and swimming pool. Would recommend this property to groups of 2-5.
