Discover tranquillity and unrivalled comfort in our 7a Judith Street duplex - a spectacular holiday home nestled in the heart of Corlette. This luxurious property can comfortably accommodate a group of 7, ideal for family retreats or friendly gatherings.

Enter a haven adorned with 3 comfortable bedrooms all with ducted air conditioning. The main bedroom opens onto a sun filled balcony perfect for letting the cool ocean breeze through. The upstairs bathroom offers a shower, spa bath and double vanity. The second bathroom is downstairs with a shower, toilet and vanity.

7a Judith comes with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave, oven, family sized refrigerator and stove, ready for you to serve up your favourite meals or even try out new recipes. A dishwasher, clothes dryer, and washing machine, among other conveniences, further ensure your stay is as streamlined as possible.

Surrounding the property are numerous attractions and conveniences. Have fun in the nearby playground and beach only a short 450m walk away or explore the shopping centre just a 5-minute drive away.

There is a fully enclosed yard with a gas BBQ, single garage parking and driveway parking for one more vehicle and ample street parking for a boat. All this and perfectly positioned within walking distance to Corlette Beach, Anchorage Marina and Corlette Point Park makes this holiday property the perfect destination for your family holiday.

We manage both 7 and 7a therefore the extended family can all holiday together and still have their own space.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Christmas Stay

Based on property detail in ad: - Second living area: This area is only large enough for a single mattress. - large, modern fully equipped kitchen: inadequate cooking facilities. Gas cooktop old and element knobs in poor condition. - BBQ: in poor condition. Does not sit flush on the ground. - Bathroom upstairs is only bathroom (even though it is referred to as an ensuite). - Bin: no bin provided of adequate size. - Outdoor Table: No outdoor furniture provided. - Bathrooms flood when you use the shower.

We have made adjustments to the description of the property as well as per your suggestions. The plumbers were sent during your stay to fix the shower issue and any further work required was addressed after your departure. Thank you.

Great location perfect for family

Had a great time. Great location. Prefect for a family of 6. Feedback- no working broom. BBQ needed servicing - tray not clean. Shame no wifi for the price..

a good place for family short vacation

Good location - central n convenient to everywhere. Wifi connection bad and were disappointed not able to watch movie from Netflix. Upon arrival, the floor was dusty n sticky. We needed to vacuum n mop thru the whole place.

We would have been happy to send the cleaners back to re-clean the floors for you if you had notified us upon your arrival. Please note the property did not have WiFi for your stay, which is why you would not have beem able to connect, WIFi has now been added.

Pleasant stay in a quiet street

We enjoyed a lovely week in Corlette. The kitchen was a bit oily smelling due to the rangehood vents needing a good clean! Apart from that only a few essential kitchen items missing like bigger pasta bowls, sharp kitchen knife & a colander! The beds were very comfortable and the townhouse spacious .
