Sunnibelle is located in one of the best locations of Nelson Bay, right across the road from the crystal clear waters of Fly Point Beach and views over the bay, an easy walk to the centre of town and the Marina makes this property a favourite for families and holiday makers from all walks of life. With the park being right next door makes this even better for the kids to run , play and ride their bikes or for the older kids bring the skateboard as the skate ramp is right there as well.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

We have been coming there at the same place for over ten .
Good place for kids good area for kids park next to the unit and always clean and realyable service .its also good for seniors for exercise and swimming .and the club is only a short distance.

The view was fantastic. Located a little further away from the marina than anticipated. Property on the older side along with its furniture which needs replacing. The bathroom is renovated and the shower is cozy, the beds and lounge need replacing but the view by far outweighs everything else. It was clean and a good apartment for what it is and would definitely stay there again.

Those sunsets...
Not lavish (no AC, linen, towels, dishwasher) but quite comfortable, well equipped and in an ideal location.
Really enjoyed having only a stroll across the road to the beach with fishing rod in hand or a leisurely wander down the beach to the marina, cafes, shops... Situated next to a reserve and the best snorkelling spot around.
But watching the dolphins bobbing as the sun sets over the bay each day was the highlight.

Perfect location
My mother and I came and stayed for 4 nights recently, great location especially for the cheap price ! Lovley neighbours, amazing view of the beach (especially the sunset... Wow!) , walking distance along the beach to the local shops where you will find everything you need. Only downfall I can say was that the dooner and pillow provided on the main bed was pretty gross, smelly and sweat stained but we brought our own sheets anyway so it didn't really matter much. Thabks for a great week sunny bell! I'll definatly be back!

Great location
The location is minutes away from the marina and the shoreline. We enjoyed being so close to the heart of nelson bay but the accommodation was a little disappointing. It was very dated, it smelt of urine as soon as you walked into the appartment and on more than one occasion we encountered cockroaches. With temperatures in the high 30's whilst we were there it was a bit suffocating without air-conditioning. We made an effort to spend the least amount of time as possible in the unit and considering all of this I'm glad we didn't pay anymore than we did.

Fantastic position
We had a lovely week at Sunnie Belle. While being a very tiny unit, it has everything you need. You can walk to wests easily and also into Nelson bay. We would definitely stay here again.
