Nestled right in the centre of Little Beach sits this spacious duplex, ideal destination for your next family holiday or weekend away with the friends.
The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and the main living area are all located upstairs, there is also a BBQ on the balcony. The main bathroom has a bath and is located upstairs, there is also another shower and toilet in the downstairs laundry area.
Use of single garage and a carport makes this ideal to bring the boat as you are approximately 350mtrs from the boat ramp. The beauty of only being within a few minutes level walk to Little Beach, Shoal Bay Beach and West Diggers Club makes this the perfect holiday destination.
Use of Single garage only, the other side is private.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

great location!
House was great, very spacious and close to the beach. Wifi was also great and fast. Only downside was that i did find a few cockroaches in the bathroom throughout the course of my stay.Overall, great home to stay at.

Nice place. Easy to get keys/drop off keys etc.Didnt realise house had no aircon. Slight smell from external water pipes. Street very narrow, hard to get a big boat in and out.

Great stay
Lovely spacious unit with excellent to deal with property managers. We had a very relaxing stay the only downside being lack of air conditioning and wifi.
We would definitely go back though!

Great value for money
We have stayed at this unit several times. The unit is always neat and tidy. It is also spacious and in a quiet location close to the water and RSL club(400m walk),Overall a great place to stay and not expensive - highly recommended.
