- Fully furnished home with 2 car garage and Wi-Fi.
- All bedding, linen and towels provided.
- Large Master BR with King size bed featuring pillow top mattress, night stands with lamps, and a ceiling fan. Walk-in closet, bureau and dresser provide ample storage. Master bath has double sinks, separate toilet with door and a large Southwestern tiled shower. French interior doors and durable screened French Security exterior doors access the covered patio - providing fresh high-desert air while maintaining privacy.
- 2 Large Guest BR's - each have Full size beds with pillow top mattresses, a nightstand with lamp, ceiling fans and a large closet. One BR has a dresser and corner chair - while the other has a foldout desk workspace.
- Den or 4th BR has a Full size foldout futon with adjustable head and foot rests. This unique room also has satellite TV, end tables with a lamp, ceiling fan and large closet.
- The spacious and luxurious Guest Bathroom in the hallway has double sinks, plenty of room for accessories on the countertop, toilet and a tub with shower.
- A sliding glass door off the living room leads to the pool and covered patio.
- Living room has satellite TV and seating for 10 people.
- Washer and Dryer provided.
- Fully stocked kitchen with plates, bowls, cups, specialty glasses, silverware, pots, pans, glassware and utensils for baking, stovetop or microwave cooking.
- Beautiful kitchen table seats at least 6 adults.
- Glass table near pool with comfortable patio furniture and picnic table off patio provide additional outdoor serving areas.


- Rita Ranch home is nestled between two recreation parks and many local attractions. We are 30 yr AZ residents who know the area well and can personally help you customize your stay, or just relax by the pool and watch the sunrises or sunsets! We include all linens, towels, kitchen appliances, and utensils, gas grill, we have tile throughout. Our lush landscape attracts hummingbirds and many species of birds!

This property is wonderful. It was perfect for our family and two fur babies. It has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The property manager Rhonda is amazing. Also, the floorplan is handicap assessable. We enjoyed everything about this property.

Rhonda the host was so nice and made sure everything was perfect. The yard is beautiful and so relaxing with the well maintained pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. If we are in Tuscon again we will definitely try to stay here again. The house has lots of art and books that represent the south west.

Everything was great. The back yard is incredible. The kitchen is large and well stocked. Very comfortable living room and extra sitting area. It also has a large dining table. Owner is very accommodating, and even reached out to us before the trip.

This was our first time visiting Tucson and the property was ideal for our stay. The pool was amazing since it was so hot and was nice to enjoy after touring Tucson everyday while we were there. The owner communicated very well throughout our stay and even called before we came to see if we needed anything in particular which was very nice! We loved staying here and would love to come back to stay again. The house was very beautiful and had everything plus some that we needed.

Amazing experience. Exceptional hosts - The kind of place you walk into and you feel like you’re at home literally. Comfortable, open , well-maintained. Everything you need is accessible. Great overall value with having the option of using the pool as well as being surrounded by mature landscape, birds, butterflies in this desert oasis. It was tranquil, relaxing, refreshing, and exactly what my family needed. Highly recommend the host as well as this hidden gem.

First time renting. Amazing!

This was the first time we have rented a property. It was wonderful. Home was beautiful. Rhonda is an amazing owner! Everything was perfect and she reached out to make sure we didn't need anything. We couldn't have been happier.

Amazing house

Everything about the host and the property was perfect. Personal touches, quick responses, awesome pool/outdoor area, super comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, I could go on and on. Just book this place and you won’t be disappointed. We will be coming back!

You guys. Book this house. Like , now. There is a grocery store, gas station , park, and THE BEST TACOS within a half mile, and the neighborhood is quiet and clean. The house is a literal home away from home and so comfortable. There were extra sets of bedding in every closet , and lots of seating in the gathering areas. The pool was my kids favorite part, snd they were often just begging to stay in rather than go explore Tucson. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to shop and cook rather than go out for every meal, but the proximity to town was a breeze too. You’ll need a car. Uber would have been soo expensive and I didn’t look into public transit enough to see if would even be an option. The host was so kind and caring, and I’m definitely looking for reasons to come back !

Great place to stay!

Great house with easy access to the Pima County Fairgrounds and lots of restaurants. We will stay here next time we come to town! Owner was super easy to work with.

Comfy home

the owner did an excellent job with communication, before, during and after departure. We were traveling with a baby and she had a high chair and pack-n-play available. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The backyard is gorgeous and relaxing to sit outside. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Lovely property

Great house. Very well supplied! Backyard was very private and had a fire pit and a lot of room for a larger group. The pool would be a wonderful attraction in the warmer months. The hostess Rhonda was so easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Ultimate relaxation! Awesome Host!

We had an unforgettable amazing time and our host was the hostess with the mostest! The pool was wonderful, the house was comfy, clean, beautiful and loved the fall decorations. We loved having so many sitting area options. Great location. 5 stars!

Beautiful house and property. What you see in the pictures is what you see when you open the front door. Very welcoming and clean. Did not get to use the pool as it was too cold, if there was a hot tub we would of utilized it. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful getaway

Everything about our time spent at this location was perfect. It was a relaxing quiet neighborhood with an abundance of amenities. Lots of near by shopping and restaurants. Our host Rhonda could not have been any kinder and responsive

Rhonda is from New England and Scott is from the Detroit area. We have 3 adult children: A son in the USCG stationed in SC; a son who is a chef in Salem, MA; and a daughter attending college in AZ. Rhonda's mom has retired in nearby Vail, AZ and is a huge part of our Tucson lives. Now we want to share our good fortune and offer our home to you! If you have any questions or concerns while visiting, we will be nearby to offer local advice or attend to your household's needs.

After raising our children on a 1 acre property, we decided to downsize. We have many friends who live or have lived in this wonderfully planned community and fell in love with the spacious rooms and floor plan, 100 percent tile flooring, 40 foot long North facing covered patio to start and end the day, corner lot adding room for landscaping and additional guest parking, and a private 9 foot deep pool with diving board to cool off any time we feel like it. SOLD!
Groceries, restaurants, churches, pizza deliveries, hair and nail salons, and basically all of the shopping options you would expect in a planned community are blocks away. Our most recent addition is a Dunkin' Donuts and a brand new Walmart located just 2 miles from the house.
