*Our POOL can be heated from October-April. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your check-in date if you would like the pool heated during your stay. Note that there is a $50/day usage fee for the pool heater (excluding check-in/out dates).*

* HOUSE RULES *

- This is a quiet neighborhood, so NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY TYPE are permitted. Limit of 12 people at any given time without permission before arrival. Locals - please contact us before booking.

- QUIET TIME is from 10pm to 8am.

- No smoking. A $280 fee will apply if there is a smell or trace of smoking.

- Pets allowed upon request.
