You will really enjoy your time! It is 3 bedroom 2 bath home tastefully decorated and very comfortable furnishings! Our home boasts an open floor plan with the kitchen open to the living room and dining room. The spacious master suite is on one side of our home and the two guest bedrooms and bath are on the other. Each bedroom has a plush, pillowtop mattress, ample dresser space and luxurious linens and towels.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you would need to prepare a wonderful meal while being surrounded by glass tile backsplash and floor tile.

The living room boasts a 50" LED TV with Youtube streaming TV along with the option for you to log into one of your favorite streaming services like Prime or Netflix We have tv's in all bedrooms. We have high speed internet and Wi Fi throughout the house so you can stay in touch with all your activities back at home..

Golf, Golf and more Golf! Over 700 holes of golf in The Villages! With your temporary resident ID while staying in our home, you will have free green fees to over 40 executive courses and access at reduced rates at the 12 Championship courses. One of the premier Championship courses, Palmer Legends, with a wonderful driving range is only a short drive from our home. There are three great executive courses only a 7 minute golf cart ride away at Pimlico Recreation center.

While at our home you will be near all the great amenities of The Villages . You will be less than 10 minutes from Lake Sumter Landing Town Center where there are wonderful restaurants and live entertainment from 5-9pm every day of the year.

Churchill Street Recreation Center, just at the end of our street, and only a minute away offers billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, card rooms, tennis courts, and pickleball courts and a family friendly swimming pool.

Just bring your suitcases and you will be very comfortable in our home

Great location! Loved the house!

Everything was just as expected. Prompt communication from property owner. Conveniently located not too far from the town squares. Would definitely stay there again. My parents live about a half mile away and have the same floor plan, so it was perfect for us. Thank you!!

A wonderful experience

House is located close to village squares, recreation halls, swimming pools and golf courses. Owner was awesome. The rental was very well furnished and had a golf care for village travel.

Marvellous holiday.

Lovely comfortable home from home. Very well equipped, good location close to pool and short drive from Sumter Landing. Golf cart was a bonus. Disappointed its not available for our dates next year as we would certainly return.

A very clean, comfortable home for a vacation away from the New England winter.

Our family enjoyed the swimming pools at the Recreational Centers in the Villages, the variety of restaurants in Sumter Landing, and Spanish Springs (even though the house had a beautiful kitchen in which to cook and bake). We even had time to see three excellent movies in Town Square and Market Square movie theaters. Thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Don Clark for providing a great vacation place for our family.... m.bing-you and family.

Calm, relaxing, and CLEAN

The property is so well kept and clean. It had everything we needed, but not too much. The neighborhood is in walking distance to the pool and Rec center. Comfortable beds and couches. The owner has it stocked with towels, beach gear, and sheets. We would not hesitate to stay at this house again. Easy to get in and easy to check out!

Great house with great location!

First of all, the owner Don is so good at communicating from start to finish and he even fed ex a bag my mother forgot at the house. The house is close to two pools and there was everything you needed for a nice visit. The only negative thing I can think of is the back lanai is noisy from road traffic. Everything else, WONDERFUL!

Beautiful, well-kept home, and kind, wonderful owner!!

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt like we were at home!! The pride taken in this home is very evident, from the cleanliness, to the decor, to all the comforts of home that were provided!! This home is located in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood, with friendly neighbors! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Don was very kind and wonderful to work with!! He was very prompt, and polite, in answering any questions that we had! Thank you Don for making our stay at The Villages such a wonderful, memorable experience!!

Fun in the Villages

The house is situated in a very nice section and close to Arnold Palmer Legends Golf course and many amenities. It's not far from Sumpter Landing Sq and is centrally located in The Villages. We really liked the layout and cleanliness of house. Another nice feature is the enclosed lanai. Don the host was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. He also let us use his golf cart. This was our first trip to the Villages and we really liked the house and the location.

Great Time

The house was just what we needed, it was close to 2 rec. centers & we visited them often. We used the grill at the house & ran out of propane in the tank but they already had a full one to take it's place. The square was a 12 minute ride in the golf cart & we even rode to Spanish Springs & Brownwood on two different days. Everything was great.

Cozy, comfortable home

This property met all of our needs. Three bedrooms - each with plenty of space and a TV. The kitchen is very large with an enormous island and stools. The open concept is wonderful with a great flow between the kitchen, dining room, and living room with large screen tv. The laundry room is very convenient. There is also a lanai and additional outdoor patio with a grill. Quiet neighborhood, great location. House is stocked with needed supplies. Great rental property. Owner response to our questions was very quick.

Can't Wait to Come Back!

This property more than met expectations! Hubby & I rented it for our daughter's family of six as they have out grown our ability to accommodate them during their visits. It was well appointed- tasteful, and cute. "Oohs and Ahs" upon opening the front door-always a good sign! The swimming pool is just down the street- perfect! Groceries and other amenities 5 minutes away. Not only that, but the owner is conscientious and kind. While stocking the fridge for the family we noticed a small issue. The owner picked up our call and had it remedied within the hour prior to their arrival. The addition of this rental home made our family's visit the best to date.

Wonderful Stay

The house was very comfortable & easy to live in. It was supplied with everything you would need. The pool & shopping were close by. Only complaints were the electric cart was slower & not as reliable as a gas cart and the showers needed a better hand held shower spray. All in all we would have rented again if it was available for next year but it wasn’t.

Very Comfortable Home

Lynnhaven was very spacious and comfortable home with all of the amenities we needed for a one week stay at the Villages. The home was nicely decorated and very welcoming. The location was perfect for us since it was just around the corner from my parent's house, whom we were visiting. A much better alternative than a hotel and much more affordable as well. Thanks Don!

First Time Snowbirds

This was the first time to The Villages. It is a very comfortable house with a nice back porch. Very convenient to one of the many rec centers and not far from some golf courses and town square.

Love The Villages

This place was comfortable and more than sufficient for one couple with visiting family (another couple). Golf cart was great, though do expect gas carts to tailgate and pass. Neighborhood was quaint. The Villages is all about the lifestyle and we loved it!

Loving Our Vacation

We loved our stay in your comfortable home. Everything we needed was included. There was plenty of storage place and closets. No clutter and very clean. Will be returning next year!! We picked the Village of Lynnhaven out of all the villages here because of its beauty and convenience to everything. We are close to Lake Sumter Landing where The Villages comes to life with live entertainment from 5-9pm everyday of the year along with an abundance of known national shops and wonderful restaurants. On the way to our property you drive by Lake Miona that has a boat launch and historic oak tress with a wonderful canopy of shade.
