This brand new luxurious, richly decorated and fully furnished condo with three bedrooms and two bathrooms is conveniently located in close proximity to both the conference center as well as Orlando's International Drive.


A king bed in the master suite as well as a queen bedroom and a third bedroom with twin beds means there is plenty of space for everyone.


Two comfortable sofas in the living area allows for comfortable relaxing, and one sofa converts into a queen bed, offering up to eight guests a great place to stay.


A fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful appliances and all the tools you need to make a great meal. Donā€™t miss the Florida sunset from the private balcony!

Perfect Place & Location

We enjoyed our stay in this unit at Vista Cay. We were in Orlando for the AAU Volleyball Tournament. This is our 3rd year for AAU and the location was perfect - and within minutes of the OCCC. We drove to North/South Concourse - 10 minute drive with traffic and West Concourse was a 5-min drive. Everything in our unit was amazing - from the AC (it was HOT down there, to the kitchen appliances/utensils for cooking, and the space. The unit was beyond clean and provided everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The small pool was very nice (2 pools) and just outside of our unit. It was quiet in our unit and the 5 of us slept great with 5am wakeups each day. Publix is just outside of this part of the unit as well - along with a number of other retail shops & restaurants. Highly recommend this unit and will look forward to staying here again next year!

Great family value

Close to everything, with a grocery store and pizza place next door. (Tell the pizza place youā€™re in Vista Cay and theyā€™ll knock off 10%! Very responsive property management company makes it a great stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the reserve section and not the resort section of Vista Cay. Itā€™s a 4 minute drive to the clubhouse, but walking distance to the small private pool. The pictures are outdated and the furniture is worn. We had to contact them 2 times about the bed in the master bedroom and the fact that the bed was broken. At first they insisted the bed was firm and nothing wrong with it. The mattress is beyond firm. Itā€™s like laying on a stone floor. We ended up having to lean with it/ rock with it in an ultra hard bed with a broken frame. The dryer barely worked and had rust in the inside. The place is outdated and the furniture has scratches all over it. They need an update. On to the good part....we had adequate towels, the kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/dishes and they have new appliances. The place is pretty clean and smells nice. Itā€™s also decently close to International drive and Universal. Lastly, donā€™t leave at the last minute because the code will stop working. It stopped on us and I had to wait an hour and a half to retrieve my item. I called 3 times. One of the times they said they were at the house. They were not because I was sitting outside the door the whole time. I ended up having to track someone down from the office on the other side. It took me 1.5 hours to get someone to come. Unacceptable at check out time when tons of employees are around cleaning.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we got ready for bed half of the bulbs were blown. The pull out couch was disgusting. When we were sitting on it you could barely get up off of it. Well when it was pulled out it was completely broken. It had hair everywhere and blood stains. Thatā€™s disgusting. So we had to go Uber to Walmart and buy an air mattress and pump and then Uber back. We are suppose to get our money back for that. The coffee table was wobbly. One of the chairs at the dining table was wobbly. The room I personally slept in the bed is almost broke. Every mattress in that condo was terrible. I have never paid this much and stayed in a condo this bad. We are suppose to get 10% of our stay back but we believe we deserve at least 50% back. We have never been so uncomfortable sleeping at night. It was ridiculous and that condo should be fixed and all items replaced before itā€™s rented out again.

Beautiful place!

The condo was beautiful and we loved the property. The only blip was that they required that I email a picture of my license and my credit card with the name and last four digits showing on the picture. I felt like this was not a secure way to transmit data. The property manager explained that this was the only way to get the access code for the unit and my card already had a hold on it for the stay so it seemed like I had to do it. The property manager was very nice and we loved the unit, but the practice of requiring emailed license and card pics seems way outdated in terms of secure transactions.

One the parking was hit or miss, several parking spots were closed off for construction so sometimes we couldn't park close to our unit. The other, one of our party had to sleep on the pull out sofa - very saggy, even when he left in closed and just slept on the closed sofa, it was saggy. Loved the location!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I'm happy with the stay. I travel...a I have stayed in my fair share of places like this. Just come expecting to only have the bare minimums in the unit... like 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one small hotel sized bar of soap you can move from the sink to the shower, no extra towels or linens, not even a salt and pepper shaker. Having a few simple things like this would make the stay more comfortable. Also note that this particular unit is on the very end of the complex on the far side of the Publix market. You need to drive to get to the pool area. Also, be sure you keep the AC running or you get quite the smell in the home (from the humidity I'm sure). It is priced well, and very convenient for I-Drive attractions, Universal studios, and access to the I-4 or toll road to the airport or Cocoa Beach.
