Great rental, so close to Universal Epic park, walking distance to shopping center, pools were very nice. Rental unit was very nice, fit family of 6 nicely.

Very nice place. Kitchen had enough nice dishes and cookware. More. Chairs and decorative stuff than our taste but no real issue. Everything worked and was clean. Definitely recommend.

The condo was clean and was well stocked with towels and kitchen needs. The pool was awesome. Clean and relaxing. Enough chairs and umbrellas, no one was right on top of you. The only complaint was the two bedrooms share a bath which 8s fine but no access from living area, so our guest who slept on couch had to walk through bedroom to get to bathroom in middle of night. Not a big deal just FYi. Overall we loved staying at the condo. Very convenient to Epic and Publix. Would highly rexommend. My daught-in-law is planning to come back next year for her sister's graduation.

The 3br condo was perfect for 6 adult golfers. Proximity to Disney golf and Universal Studios was perfect. Publix supermarket a short walk away was handy. We also used the breakfast diner and latin steakhouse in that nearby shopping center. The kitchen was well appointed and unit was clean. Only suggestion is that the king size bed mattress was not that comfortable and should be replaced.

Overall nice place, suggestions: Towels were kind of skimpy, would upgrade. Would leave more than one roll of paper towels for a 3 day stay. TV in the guest room to the right was difficult to connect, not similar to the others. Back porch was dirty, hadn't been cleaned, webs leaves, dirt. Would have that as part of cleaning process.

Wonderful location to Disney, Universal and Epic Universe. Publix grocery store very close. Easy parking and unit on ground floor exactly as pictured. Perfect for our stay and all of the communication was sent ahead and easy to understand. Thanks for a great place for our time visiting!

I chose this rental because it had many great reviews and a 9.5 rating,I booked this stay hoping to be comfortable while traveling with my husband and daughter, but unfortunately that wasn’t our experience. I’m sharing honest feedback to help future travelers and hopefully help the owner improve the condo.The biggest issue was the beds. The master bed was VERY uncomfortable you can feel the springs and see a dent in the mattress, which makes it clear it’s quite old.it was hard to rest,we actually decided to leave a night early even though we had already paid because we didn’t want to stay another night.The guest room bed sheets did not feel clean, the pillows were uncomfortable, and the sofa is old and peeling.Overall,much of the furniture and linens feel very worn and in need of updating.The towels looked very used thankfully I brought my own.The AC also wasn’t cold enough for comfort.It was set to 72 and we were told it couldn’t go below71. and the overall place didn’t feel as clean as expected. Small details also stood out:the toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and basic supplies all felt very low quality. Considering the price and the high rating, we expect at least decent essentials.After traveling, you hope to arrive somewhere cozy and relaxing, and unfortunately that wasn’t the case. On a positive note, the location is great Publix and Ana very responsive.we left feeling disappointed and ended up leaving a night early losing money in the process.my feedback is to help.

Dear Fabiola Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing the great location and my responsiveness during your stay. I’m truly sorry that the condo did not meet your expectations. I would like to respectfully clarify a few points for future guests. On your first day, you contacted me regarding the kitchen sink not draining, and I immediately sent the property manager to assist. During the visit, it was identified that the sink was not draining because the drain cover had not been removed. At that time, no concerns were mentioned regarding the AC, cleanliness, beds, linens, furniture, or any of the other issues described in your review. I purchased this unit with the intention of creating a warm and welcoming space for my friends and family. The location is ideal—close to theme parks, restaurants, and shops. The resort is safe, quiet, and filled with fun activities. The pools are amazing, and the lake walk offers a peaceful and relaxing experience. It’s also conveniently located near the Convention Center and all of Orlando's major attractions.

It’s located across from the new Epic Universe park, providing ample space for families and plenty of fun activities. The resort features beautiful, resort-style pools and is a quiet, safe, gated community—the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay.
