This family home is a one and a half story with plenty of spaces to visit. The main floor features a kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has custom built bunk beds (sleeps 2). The second room includes a double bed (sleeps 2). A third bedroom, with a king bed (sleeps 2), is located on the upper level in an open master suite. The upper level also features an office with a convertible couch (sleeps 1, probably a child). The finished basement hosts TV room (couch sleeps 1), office, workout room, bathroom and laundry room. This is a great space to hang out before or after the game. Our private, fenced yard and patio areas are great for extending the gatherings outside.

Our home is a short walk from the Big House, the shops of downtown and the energy of the University of Michigan campus. We are also within blocks of 2 great parks.
