Situated in a very quiet area on St Hubert`s Island, Tranquil Lagoon is a light-filled double storey holiday home, boasting an absolute waterfront position with pool that embraces the true island lifestyle for 4 adults and 4 children only.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE LOCATION JET SKIS ARE NOT PERMITTED AT THE PROPERTY or BEING DRIVEN TO THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. (failure to do so will breach TandC`s)

This water frontage property offers a practical floor plan with kitchen and dining areas overlooking the inground pool, manicured gardens and boat slip (suitable for kayaks or small boats) while featuring 3 plus bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living spaces and a balcony with stunning water views. Spectacular in every way, this premium renovated holiday home is located in a peaceful community offering plenty of space for the family to enjoy a relaxing getaway, ideal for those looking for an outdoor entertainers paradise.

Master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in robe, ensuite with spa bath and shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 has a queen bed and built-in robe. While Bedroom 4 has a single bunk bed and built-in robe.

Relaxing

From the moment we arrived it felt like a home away from home ... The house was huge so many areas to relax for everyone the rooms were so spacious 2 had 2 family staying and everyone fit comfortably. The pool overlooked the lake which was great as we had a jet ski ..... the kitchen was huge loved the downstairs toliet do you could shower before going upstairs plenty of space to park with trailers .... beautiful home in a beautiful area 10/10

Beautiful house and area. Very quiet and beautiful views. The house is what it is in the pictures. Just a few little handyman things that need to be fixed in the house like door knobs and pest control. Other than that it was magical

Basic but great location

Our family stayed here for my mums 80th. Whilst property was clean and in a great location it isnā€™t well stocked or maintained. The real estate told us that they had inspected the property this week and brought to our attention that the outdoor shade was ripped (no problem) so we are disappointed to report that the tvs didnā€™t work due to aerial issues, no toilet seat on downstairs toilet, missing cupboard door in kitchen, outdoor setting chairs were broken and there wasnā€™t a dinner set for 8 people. Such a shame as with a little bit of maintenance this would be a cracking house. Pool was fabulous and the sleeping quarters generous in size.

The wifi was a joke didnt work half the time, it wouldnt even connect to the tv. The front door is a fire hazzard just waiting to happen, the lock jams and is just confusing but the house was nice if not a little dirty.

Lovely but needed cleaning

Good communication via email on processes, key pick up location was close to the property. Was given the wrong set of keys so someone had to come and give us the correct ones. House had dead cockroaches and flies all over the stairs and lower level of the house. Bbq was unusable as it had not been cleaned and no gas for us to attempt to clean. The oven tray was uncleaned also. Not a single rubbish bag to use in kitchen, thankfully we had taken lots of our own kitchen supplies just in case. Otherwise location is peaceful and lovely to be at with our families.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location, pool and views. Unfortunately the home wasn't cleaned properly, and there were baby cockroaches in the draws. The back doors were open on arrival. The home has everything going for it other than the cleaning which you would expect to be done considering the amount we paid. There are sand flies and migies in this area so lots of vitamin B before you plan a trip here, if you are prone to being eaten like me lol

Nice Location and Large home

Large property in great location. The house is getting a little old and tired and could do with some general maintenance. The pool is fiberglass and very aged, be careful as the fibre glass leaves splinters in the kids, causing a fair bit of discomfort. The garage needs a good clean. The front door handle fell off. The dishwasher was broken on our arrival (was repaired the next day). Not enough crockery and cutlery to meet the needs of our large family. That said, the house has a great open plan living, a good pontoon we could tie our boat upto and some great fishing close by. I would stay there again but hope they get a chance to reinvest some of the rental money into getting it back to its future glory.

Awesome water and mountain views, The house had everything you need with open spacious living and dining. Great outdoor entertaining area and big spacious balcony overlooking the water. A short 10 minute drive to shops and restaurants. Great for family vacation.

Beautiful Property in Need of More Care and Repair

Overall a nice location and property to stay with family. We really needed the late check-out which we were told was available only if there were no bookings on that day. When we arrived we were denied a late check-out only because it coincides with the cleaners schedule; there were no bookings until 3 days after. That was something I thought was not fair. When we arrived at the property, we noticed spider-webs all over the outside of the property and a couple of dead cockroaches inside. A couple of the door handles around the house needed to either be replaced or fixed as they were falling off or not working. The lamps in our rooms were either not working or there for display in the bedroom. I had to hose and sweep the bird poo off the pool area so that we're not stepping on it and putting it in the pool, furthermore, I swept the spider webs along the pool gate. Just a couple of little things which add up to annoy and frustrate you as you'd expect your holiday house to be in working order and to be told the right information. The beds were comfortable and the views were amazing, especially on the balcony. The holiday rental group we were kind enough to give us an extra hour to checkout.

Beautiful home in fantastic location. You do need to be quiet but this suited us well. Convenient to Ettalong and Woy Woy if necessary. National Park superb. Takeaway deliveries easy. Woolworths online shopping and delivery easy. Separate living areas great for downtime for a group.
