Please note that renovation works are being carried out in the adjacent property which may cause some noise issues during working hours from Monday to Friday. Our weeknight rate has been adjusted to reflect this possible inconvenience. Weekend bookings will not be affected.

Situated on Diamond Road, the beach is within 100m, less than a 2 minute walk, putting all that Pearl Beach offers right on your door step.
Our two-level holiday house is perfect for two families or a holiday with the Grandparents.
We have created a home with open plan living, separate rumpus room, sweeping decks, glorious garden and heated pool.
The house sleeps 10 and features three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Linen is included however please bring your beach towels.
As you arrive you’ll see the beautiful frangipani tree nestled by the private outdoor beach shower with hot water. The timber deck leads you to the front door entry with key box allowing you to arrive at a time that suits. Lighting provides security when you’re arriving after dark.
Upstairs you will find the open plan kitchen, dining and living space. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with Bosch appliances and is connected to the Tucker BBQ built in on the deck overlooking the garden and pool. The rear deck is a lovely spot to enjoy a family meal after a day in the sun. There are glimpses of ocean among the tall trees that border our garden.
Our dining zone features a freestanding Escea gas fire by the large dining table perfect for meals and board games.
You’ll be able to relax in front of the large screen TV with apple TV or enjoy the sea breeze on the lounge on the deck. Or if you need some alone time, switch to the private front deck only accessible via the main bedrooms.
Our accommodation includes main bedroom with large ensuite and access to the front deck. This room has a ceiling fan.
There is a second main bedroom also on the first floor with robes, ceiling fan and access to the front deck. The second bathroom with bath and separate toilet is situated by this bedroom.
Downstairs we have created kid heaven with three sets of built in bunk beds each with a reading light and usb connection nearby for device charging.
There is a large bathroom and laundry facility downstairs with camp sink and shower room and separate toilet so guests can share the space.
On the downstairs rear patio there is another two dining settings that can be easily moved around the garden. There are two sun lounges and pod chairs for relaxing by the pool.
Garden and pool lights at night create a wonderful holiday atmosphere but please remember Pearl Beach is a residential area and our neighbours prefer music to be enjoyed at a reasonable volume and turned off outside by 10.30pm.
After dark or when it is raining there is a pool table and Wii U to keep everyone busy. Wii console includes 4 controllers, Mario Karts, Sonic & Mario at the Olympics, Wii Fit and other games.
We also have a fun game that is played in the garden called Cornhole.
When you return from the beach, wash off in the hot shower and unload in the sand room before settling on the sun-lounge by the heated pool. Watch the kids bounce on the trampoline or play badminton on the level and fully fenced child friendly garden.
The swimming pool has a swim jet installed allowing for gentle exercise. Or use our outdoor exercise equipment. We have installed chin up bars, step up bench and incline bench for a cross fit workout.
The house is perfect for one or two families. We have young kids and have kitted it out with them in mind including toys, tennis rackets and other sporting equipment, games, books and DVD's.
Ideal house for people going to weddings at Pearls on the Beach given its good location and proximity to Pearls, Beach and Cafe.
There is parking for 2 vehicles.

One small dog up to 12kg is welcome and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Pets may incur an extra cleaning fee.

About Pearl Beach
Pearl Beach is a tiny National Trust village where life with all its charm and friendliness has been preserved. Surrounded by Brisbane Water National Park, the lush green canopy sweeps down to the ocean and the golden curve of one of New South Wales' prettiest beaches. Less than 300 homes and development restrictions that prevent apartments and further commercial development, Pearl Beach has remained and will remain slow paced and uniquely relaxed. From the moment you start your decent down the windy road into Pearl Beach you will feel your stress levels drop. The exceptional combination of beach and nature is unique, particularly so close to Sydney.
For the energetic a walk up to the waterfall or through the National Park to Patonga is both beautiful and great exercise. There are also a large number of other walks in the Brisbane Waters National Park and the Bouddi National Park within 15 minutes by car. For those who want a more relaxed holiday, a stroll through the Arboretum, along the beach or past the rock-pool and around the headland for views over to Palm Beach might be more attractive. There is also a salt water pool, a bowling green and public tennis courts. The beach caters for those that want flat water or waves.
Just because you are out of Sydney doesn't mean you will need to sacrifice any of your creature comforts the Pearl Beach cafe with WiFi does excellent coffee and eat-in or take away food.
There is even the famous Pearls on The Beach which a fully licensed restaurant that sits on the edge of the sand with amazing views.
The Patonga Hotel is not far way and can be reached by a bushwalk or
GETTING HERE:
By Car -
Take the F3 FREEWAY from Wahroonga Cnr Pacific Highway and Pennant Hill Road heading north to Newcastle - for a distance of 45 kms. Then take the Gosford, Woy Woy Terrigal exit just after the Mooney Mooney Bridge where the yellow dinosaur is on the hill on your left. Follow for 2 kms to Kariong - then:
3 SHELL SERVICE STATIONS...3 right hand turns 20kms from Kariong to Pearl Beach.
1st Shell
Turn right at Woy Woy Rd, just past the Shell, 3rd set of lights.
2nd Shell
At the Woy Woy roundabout, turn right onto Ocean Beach Rd.
3rd Shell
At the Umina roundabout, turn right onto Mt Ettalong Road.
Continue along Mt Ettalong Road which winds round and up the mountains past the water tower. At the top of the mountain you will come to a fork in the road. Keep left and follow the road down into Pearl Beach.
Turn right at the bottom of the hill on Diamond Rd. We are 2 houses from the community centre - 13 Diamond Road
By Train -
Get the train to Woy Woy from Central Station. This is the same train that heads to Gosford and Newcastle and leaves very frequently during the week. It is a beautiful train trip and takes about 75 minutes. Get picked up at Woy Woy or take a 10 minute taxi ride to Pearl Beach.
Ferry from Palm Beach -
Get the Ferry from Palm Beach to Patonga or Wagstaff. Get picked up at the ferry or take a 15 minute taxi ride to Pearl Beach.

Noise to be kept to a level that is consistent with a residential area.
Bond of $800 is payable and will be forfeited in the case of any property damage or if there is a breach of the no party policy or maximum number of adults.
