The unit comes with a large commercial Ice Maker, TVs in every room (75 inch 4K smart TV in the living room), barbeque - internet - cable and can accommodate up to 32 foot boat in the accompanying boat slip. Buttonwood Bay Condominium offers tennis courts, pickle ball courts, 3 newly renovated pools with heaters, sawna, gym, private beach, beautiful sunsets! rooftop sun deck, club house, game room, library, marine store with snacks, bait and fuel. Family oriented environment with 24 hour security. Whether you want to relax or stay active Buttonwood Bay can be the place for you. Buttonwood Bay has 40 acres of lush, picturesque and tropical park-like setting. This  truly a boaters paradise with 2 inlets to the bay and a 20 minute boat ride to the ocean. The marina is a very safe harbor with deep water and protected from wind and waves. A short car or boat ride from many great restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Love Buttonwood Bay

We recently stayed at Buttonwood Bay for a month at Daniels Condo. It was nicely furnished with comfortable furnishings and amenities. Unfortunately their was construction right next door that was very noisy which really spoiled our enjoyment of this wonderful place.

Beautiful condo , in buttonwood bay. The condo is nicely furnished and has everything for enjoyable vacation. The boat slip is just next to the condo. The owner was very nice and it was easy to communicate with him. We really enjoyed our vacation and hopping to come back again.

Key Largo Summer Vacation

Buttonwood Bay is a hidden gem in Key Largo located on the gulf side of the southern part of the key. This rental unit is located in one of the best buildings in the community as there are no units directly in front of or behind the building. It has a modern clean interior and a boat slip located a few feet from the back door. The owner is well respected in the community and is responsive to any inquiries or needs during your stay. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a clean and safe island getaway. A true boater’s paradise!

Needs Work

Things to consider before D2 condo is rented again: Fix or replace refrigerator (loud buzzing noise and ice maker broken. Check all electrical outlets, switches and burned out bulbs. Fix or replace 1/2 bath faucet. Main bathroom toilet constantly running and no towel racks(command stick hooks on the wall). Empty drawers and closets of owners belongings so renters have adequate space for their belongings. Fix or replace thermostat (hanging on the wall). Make sure no food is left in frig and freeze. Fix kitchen cabinet and garbage can holder. Window blinds are awful. Do not fit properly or work properly. ****Check with renters to make sure everything is okay with rental property ESPECIALLY if you are holding a security deposit.**** Extremely disappointed in this property that needs a lot of maintenance. AND don't lie in photos on VRBO or on the phone to renters.

It is unfortunate you have only this to say. Normally balanced feedback would be more realistic. The refrigerator repair service said the refrigerator was left open and went it protection mode. This was resolved. The industrial icemaker has been sufficient for other renters. The garbage can had a screw come out and that was fixed. Sometimes the tenant that lasts stayed leaves items in the refrigerator. we will ask the cleaning crew to address this. Plumber said the other items you mentioned are all in working order. All the photos are accurate in the listing We hope you can have a more enjoyable stay at your future location.

Great place to stay. Has everything g you need. Including a boat slip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This condo is close to the beach which we enjoyed when not on the boat. The pool is absolutely beautiful as well, very sheltered with shrubs & trees which made it still enjoyable on the cooler days. Pool is also heated which is nice. The gym was another nice feature. Great neighbours as well.

Great location in a beautiful setting

Beautiful property with wonderful, friendly neighbors. This unit is in a nice location close to the beach at Buttonwood. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. We would definetly stay here again!

Wonderful stay - very responsive owner

This is a beautiful condo and as well equipped as you could possibly ask. I had a few questions early in the stay and Daniel was very responsive. I would love to stay here next winter but it is already rented!

The best of buttonwoods bay

Wow just got back from the fabulous Key Largo vacation. We stayed at one of the best condominium resorts in the keys Buttonwood Bay . This place had everything you could want .the tv was something else 80 or 90 inches. The beach is just steps away. It has 3 heated pools that were great.Hope to return next year if possible.Danny’s is our first choice. It would be hard to find a better one. John M.

Very attentive owner. Checked in with us at start of stay to ascertain we were all okay.

Property was immaculate. Everything we needed was on site. Dan stopped by at start of our stay in case we needed to know anything and to welcome us. He was available by text and phone in the event we had questions. Buttonwood Bay is a welcoming community with many return guests. At the conclusion of this visit, we have stayed in BWB for a total of eight months. We renewed acquaintances and made new ones. Dan’s neighbors were very nice and we shared conversations sitting outside watching the water, the boats and the pelicans. Sunsets were just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again.

Everything one could ask for in a vacation.

First time staying in a townhome after renting single family homes previously. I was concened about the loss of privacy. My wife was concerned about the social aspect of this type community. I did not find the loss of privacy to be an issue. My wife ended up loving the various social functions offered and by the end of our stay was a firm believer in this type resort. All told Buttonwoood Bay offers as much, or as little, as you wish to become involved in. The boat basin is a wonderful opportunity to have your boat available at a moments notice. While each unit has been customized the basic features are quite spacious and our particular unit was very nicely renovated. We are actively pursuing the opportunity to return to Buttonwood Bay for the year 2019. This should get a high placement on your list of potential rentals.
