Bedrooms
Bedrooms are located upstairs.
Master bedroom 1 includes a queen sized bed, large chair, vanity table, low profile futon sleeper, and TV. Master bath includes a garden tub/ shower, double vanity, bench chair, and walk-in closet with hangers and essentials. Bedroom 2 includes a queen sized bed, chair, closet, and TV with Roku device. Bedroom 3 includes a queen sized bed, lounge chaise, vanity table, closet, and TV, Bedroom 4 includes a queen sized bed, chair, closet, and TV. Bedroom 5 is located on the main level, this formal living room is converted into a bedroom with a queen sized bed, chair, and TV. This room also has privacy curtains, not a door. All linen/bedding/towels are colorful. Black-out curtains throughout property no blinds. This home is 1,960 sqft total

Bathrooms
Master bedroom has a bathroom Master bath includes a garden tub/shower, double vanity, toilet, bench chair, and walk-in closet. The upstairs hallway bathroom has a shower/tub combo, toilet, and single vanity. The half bathroom on the main level has a toilet and sink.


Supplies
Each bed has 4 pillows. There are more pillows inside the master bedroom closet. All bedroom closets have 4 bath towels, 4 wash cloths, extra sheets, extra comforters, portable floor fans, plastic hangers, set of 50 extra wash cloths underneath sink in hall bath & in master bathroom. 12 throw blankets. Free Wi-Fi and Dish Cable throughout. Books, board and card games, 3 Irons, 2 Ironing boards, hair dryer, a Smart charge power outlet, bathroom essentials, and cleaning essentials are all provided, 3 rolls of toilet tissue in each bathroom totaling 9 rolls and 2 rolls of paper towels. If you need more toilet tissue or paper towels, please provide your own 2ply only. All linen/bedding/towels are colorful colors varies. On-site washer and dryer. 2 Pack-n-play, baby tub, and crib sheet set. Extra full sized mattress, air mattress, air pump, and twin mattress located in Master bedroom closet. Fabreeze plug ins in every room and bathroom.


Safety
Safety features include alarm system, door bell camera, smoke detector, outdoor cameras, and fire extinguisher. There is a door bell camera connected to the alarm system located outside the home by the front door the doorbell camera will be recording during your stay for safety purposes only, if you tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave, No recording devices inside this property, do not place any recording devices inside or outside this property, safety for our guests is top priority. First aid kit, extra batteries, candles, and flash lights located in laundry room.


Garage
The garage is set up as a hang out area for smokers. There is no ventlation, AC, or heat inside the garage. It is considered an outdoor area. The garage has an air holkey table and a foosball table. There are 4counter height chairs with a table, charcoal grill, 2Sofas, 1 loveseat, TV with firestick, children table, children books, and games inside the garage. Smoke scent may be present inside the garage. You can open the outside garage door. There are portable floor fans. Smoking is allowed in the garage and outside the house ONLY, no smoking inside the home. Please properly extinguish all smoking products you will be held liable for any damage.
Please use the charcoal grill outside only not inside the garage.

Front Porch
The front porch has a double seated bench, side table, and single chair.


Parking
The driveway can fit 4 vehicles. 1 Vehicle is allowed to park on the street, blocking the driveway only. Park at owners' risk, property manager/company/homeowner will not be held liable for any theft or damage. Do not block the neighbors driveway or mailbox in any way.

Keep in mind
This property is located near the Airport there is a potential for noise. There are no blinds only black-out curtains throughout the property. Garage is a designate smoke area, smoke scent may be present inside garage. Our staff uses Lysol disinfect throughout the property we are not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin or allergies ect. We are not responsible for wildlife, please keep doors and windows closed. Any and all bugs, mosquitoes, spiders, spider webs, snakes, ants, insects, beetles, rodents, pests, animals including wild or rabid, reptiles, amphibians, creatures, wildlife, ect are out of the hosts and property manager/ company control as they occur & life in nature. Host will not refund or discount for any sightings or encounters. Pest control is scheduled regularly with maintenance. Host does not refund or discount for weather conditions or “Acts of God”

No pets. Service animals must be registered if there is any damage or additional cleaning needed it will result in additional fee.

All towels must be placed inside laundry baskets before checking out
All bedding/sheets and towels are dry clean only our staff will remove all bedding.
If you use the outside grill, please clean it when finished
Please clean up any cigarettes or cigars do not throw anything in the yard/ground
Do not hang any decorations on the walls or ceilings. Do not use tape or thumb tacks
Do not move furniture. Please notify the homeowner/property manager if furniture needs to be moved.
Do not leave any windows or doors unlocked or open.
Load dishwasher before checking out.
Do not flush paper towels, excessive amounts of tissue, Kleenex, flushable wipes, cleaning wipes, trash, hair, and / or 3ply tissue. Please only use 2ply. Please notify the homeowner or property manager/ company if a toilet is clogged during your stay or before checking out. You will be held liable for any damage.
Remove all hair from tubs/showers and sinks before checking out.
There are cleaning products available to guests do not misuse or steal any products, You will be held liable.
You are not allowed to receive mail or packages of any kind at this home.
Do not burn candles, incents, or anything inside.
A detailed report is done before check-in and during check out.
You will be held liable for any damage or missing items during your stay.
Home owner and or property manager/company will not be held liable for any theft, lost items, injuries, accidents, natural disasters, vandalism, or death to any and all property, persons, human or animal.

If the police are called to the property at anytime during your reservation, everyone will have to leave. No refunds will be given.
If you or any of your guests cause a disturbance or break house rules during your stay, the police will be dispatched, and everyone will have to leave. No refunds will be given.
