There is ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout, and all bedrooms as well as the lounge room offer ceiling fans to ensure comfort year round.

The kitchen has been modernised and is fully equipped with everything you need on holidays including dishwasher. It leads through to the spacious open plan living/ lounge room with comfortable furnishings and unlimited Wi-Fi.

Step out onto your own private balcony, which spans the length of the apartment. Enjoy your morning coffee or sunset drink while whale watching and enjoying the fresh ocean breeze.

There is also a fully renovated bathroom with walk in shower and internal washer and dryer for your convenience.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 7 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
