The Space:

A downstairs Legacy Villas studio with a king bed, mini-bar, fireplace, full bathroom and private patio will make your next stay in La Quinta comfortable and enjoyable. The bedroom opens to a private patio with a community fountain providing a tranquil setting for outdoor living. The bedroom provides ample living space with a closet, desk and chest of drawers. The mini-bar contains a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Disposable utensils and dishware are located in a cabinet above the mini-bar. The bathroom has a shower and a separate soaking tub with adequate linens for use during your stay. The condo is a short-walk to the main community pools and fitness center. Located at the front of Legacy Villas, the property is also a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and a short-drive to Old Town La Quinta. The studio can be combined with LV203 (Downstairs Two Bedroom Villa Close to the Main Pools).



The Neighborhood:

The vacation villa is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Legacy Villas is a community of 280 resort condominiums and townhomes. The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbeque. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions.



La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert!

Perfect

Great location in La Quinta and within the neighborhood. Beautiful property with ample parking and easy access. Well appointed and maintained. Quick drive to local restaurants and an easy 15 min drive to Thermal Horse Show grounds.

A lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay. The space was clean, easy to check into, and pleasant. It had everything we needed, and was in walking distance to the property offerings. I would note that we couldn't figure out how to use the TV but, aside from that, had no issues whatsoever. Thank you!

Lovely studio apartment

Excellent place to stay to attend Indian Wells tennis tournament. The tennis garden is about 3 mi away. The unit had all that we needed for our stay. Appreciated the cups, bowls and plastic cutlery so we can have breakfast treats in the room.

Nice place except

No coffee pot (2 pots but no carafes) and lamp on one side of bed is just for looks. Would work with an extension cord!!! Other than that, place ok. Refrigeration tiny and no freezer or ice cube.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a wonderful 2 weeks stay at the Legacy Villa LVOO6. The ambience here is serene and peaceful. I enjoyed jogging around the mountainside path ( the gym was closed due to CA regulations) then grabbing coffee at the cafe. The pool is expansive and strict social distancing policy was enforced, which I appreciated. Also, thank you to the amazing staff who was readily available to help.

Relaxing Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our weekend during this COVID pandemic. Property was clean,comfortable and quiet. Grounds are well maintained. The only downside was the 2 hour limit at the pool, wristbands were given but at the pool we were at we were the only ones wearing them, no one was monitoring. Did like that workers came around and were disinfecting the pool area. Look forward to returning again!

Overall ok. False advertising for laundry on site and that guest were allowed- both were untrue. Area was surrounded by black widow spiders, area said they would take care of it and they didn’t. Also, never received my refund deposit.

Very disappointed by the management

We were not allowed to park on site due to property group over booking there rooms. I tried multiple times to get a hold of someone but had no luck. Also the WiFi login provided did not work. My wife was unable to work from the room and had to find other arrangements. The response time took over a day and a half that said they would work on resolving the issues. They didn’t so we left.

we were given the wrong password , and we spent one hour before we could get in.

The property is good management is not. This is the second time in this property, the first time we had problems with the wifi information.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: -Easy to get to the 111 and 10 -Gated community -Broken coffee maker was replaced with a new, working one within hours -Low price Cons: -Another person mentioned the AC is loud. They were not kidding. This unit has the loudest AC I have ever experienced. It kicks on and off rapidly, as well. If you need quiet to sleep, bring your ear plugs or stay elsewhere. The last 2 nights we resorted to sleeping with blankets off and AC off. -The shower head has clogged sprays -The toilet paper holder is broken and pops off the wall when you try to use it -The internet ranged from slow to unusable. When notified, they were able to provide us with a work around, but we still had a few hiccups -We had drunken, fighting neighbors. I don't know if they were guests or not. They were bad the first two nights, then quiet for all but the very end of our stay. We did not lodge a complaint because after the first two days, we thought they were gone. We didn't hear them again until the morning we were checking out.

On the last evening of my stay, there were two (I think) incessantly barking dogs in the unit next door. I opted to stay with a friend rather than risk sleep disruption. I requested a refund for the last night from the property management company but haven’t heard from them.

Perfect for our Stay

Beautiful gated villa. Close to shopping and restaurants. Pools were nice although the water was pretty cold for early Oct. Only concern was that the A/C was too noisy to have on overnight so uncomfortably warm sleeps. Otherwise well equipped and nice property.
